"My 2 kids (ages 5 and 9) and I stayed at the condo for the Bluegrass Festival. The condo is *incredibly* clean, thoughtfully stocked, very "homey" and comfortable for kids (meaning there's nothing too fancy to worry about breaking other than the glass-top coffee table). We've owned a vacation rental in another ski town for 10 years and I recognize a great place when I see one. Terri and Don's place is FANTASTIC! Note: the river doesn't run in August. And the kitchen is smallish (good for planning what types of meals to cook). Neither were a problem for us. We loved staying here."

"We totally enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful town home! Very convenient location in walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. Very handy to have access to the bikes without having to rent them. We hope to come back and recommend to anyone - you will not be disappointed!"

"We had a family vacation with my brother, his family, and my parents. This place can sleep so many people with multiple beds in most rooms! Everything you need is there! The cabin was well stocked with all the necessities--laundry & dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, paper plates & cups, you name it! If you want a place that is removed from the cares of the world, this is the place. There is a view from every single room that is breathtaking! We loved fishing, making smores in the fireplace outside, making BBQ dinners on the grill, throwing the football, and just lounging on the porch watching the rushing river that is very close:) BEAUTIFUL!!! Our only complaint is how far we had to drive to go anywhere. Idaho Falls, 40 mins. Rexburg, 30 mins., Yellowstone 2.5 hrs., Jackson 1-1.5 hours.
Having said that, we did a lot of fishing, the kids loved all of the space to move, and play outside. Recommend for a group with older kids that can swim:) We made wonderful memories that will last a lifetime here."
