"The Cabin was excellent, very clean organized and welcoming. I really appreciated the experiences and my guest also agreed. However the Hot tub quit working the first night while guests were inside. This caused stress and concern. I called maintenance the following day and was told it got taken care of, however it was only a repeat from the previous evening. My guests and I stayed in the hot tub until it was to cold. This was one of the main reasons we chose this cabin and we were disappointed. Other than that I enjoyed the experience."

"Our hiking group stayed for one week at the end of September and we loved the cabin. The view was beautiful as the trees were starting to change. Location was perfect, about 20 minutes to Yellowstone west gate entrance. We were able to spend entire day hiking and relax at night. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Crock pot is the best! Dinner is ready for you when you get back from a long day hiking. We used the gas grill one night on the porch watching the eclipse of the Super Moon. The beds were comfortable and the master bed had a much needed heating pad that was put to good use. All the amenities you need, especially washing machine and dryer and extra bear spray just in case! And even an iron and ironing board, which sounds unnecessary, but for scouts like us we have badges to iron on!! Melodie and Gary were very attentive to our needs. They answered all our questions in a timely manner ahead of our trip and when we arrived they were even more responsive to answer any questions we had. Also, the cleaning service contacted us midweek to make sure we had enough supplies."

"We had a very positive experience at this CDA home. The owner was very tuned into the needs of children and we had lots of fun things to use like a wagon to go to the beach (which was nearby) as well as sun chairs, umbrella, and a fabulous set of sand toys! Since it was nearly 100 degrees, we were so grateful for AC! The front porch was a really nice place to "hang out" in the mornings and evenings. We were there with our kids and grand children and had a wonderful time! Thanks for sharing your home:)!"

"Very nice, we enjoyed our stay, the pond with fish and paddle boat was a huge hit with the grandkids.
We brought out own fire pit as the property one was broken, we knew ahead of time.
The fold out couch upstairs was broken.
We had a lot of space for 12 (6 adults and 6 children) the deck was very large and we enjoyed eating outside.
We were close to other activities such as Yellowstone national park.
The fridge was nice and lots of dishes for meals and preparation. Dishwasher too. The oven was different and needed instructions. Nice that WiFi was available. Everyone had a good time and we'd stay there again. Nice big yard for family activities Some minor maintenance/upkeep is needed."
