  • Perfect ski-in ski out

"Excellent condition new vacation home with everything you'll need for a great trip. It was perfect for our two families - great layout with lots of living area and private bedrooms. A true ski-in ski-out location made all the difference for us compared to other rentals. The home is well stocked with all you'll need and even a few things you may have forgotten. Owner was easy to work with and very helpful. Highly recommend."

  • Great location and layout, well stocked and all around great condo!

"We are thrilled with our selection! Over the 4th of July each year, we meet a group of friends at a different location. This year, we selected Schweitzer Mountain. The condo is very well laid out and is bigger than it looks in these photos. We shared Beargrass with another couple for two nights and then had the condo to ourselves for the rest of the trip with our two small children. The rooms are on either side of the living area so you have some privacy if needed but not too seperate if you have small children. I couldn't tell how the bunk room worked from pictures (states its through a "semi-private stairway" downstairs) so we opted not to use it but it would work great for overflow with older children and is really just downstairs. The layout was so great, that all evening meals happened at our condo, despite there being 4 other locations to have dinner. Nice open kitchen, living room and kitchen had everything we could need. Condo is beautiful, nice granite countertops, plenty of space for our family and group as a whole. We hope to come back and use this rental again! Owner was really great to deal with as well. All in all a great experience!"

  • Quite possibly the best on the mountain

"Our family (5 couples with a total of 5 kids) stayed here over Presidents Day weekend this past winter and it was nothing short of amazing. I'm going to go ahead and give you a walkthrough of the layout since it's so massive and hard to understand on VRBO. When you walk in there is a large entry, perfect for taking off boots and jackets, and stairs up and down. Upstairs, at least in the 'mountain' side that we were staying in, the master suite takes up the entire top floor. The huge master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a king sized bed and master bath featuring a jetted tub with one of the best views of Lake Pend Oreille you could ask for. From the same level as the master suite there was 5-step ladder up to a loft area with 4 twin beds, perfect for all the cousins. I can't remember exactly but maybe a 1/4 or 1/2 bath too? Down the stairs from the entry is the main level; kitchen w/ several barstools around the island, large dining table, sitting area off the kitchen and sunken TV den. It all flows together into one room but also allows for tons of space. Not to mention the large deck off of this level too, also with great views. Half way down from this level on the landing is an enormous bedroom with a king bed. If you have young kids and bring an inflatable mattress this is a great room for the family. Down the other half flight of stairs there is a suite with a queen bed and 3/4 bathroom. Around the corner is another bedroom with a queen bed, a room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a full bathroom. The lowest level is where the awesome happens. Super comfy leather couches surrounding a large wall-mount TV, an indoor hot tub, sauna and super cool gear room for all your ski stuff. It's also got a separate shower, bathroom and laundry on this level. From the ski room you walk out the back steps and there is a garage with code where you can keep your skis, jump right on the cat track and drop down to the base of the Musical Chairs lift to get up to the village. 100% ski in-ski out. On the other hand, if you walk out of the top level you're at the backside of the Lakeside Lodge and can be in the village in about 3 minutes. The home is appointed with everything you'd need for your vacation and has been tastefully designed. In our 4 night there I can't think of a single complaint from anyone. In fact, we booked the same weekend again for this coming year. Great staff and solid communication from everyone made this an awesome vacation."
