"We rented both units for a family vacation - all ages attended from grandparents to young babies ! The duplex was very clean, the kitchens were well equipped to cook nice "at home" meals, the location was excellent for walking to the Baldy ski area and all that the Ketchum downtown has to offer ( restaurants, bars, grocery stores, cafes, toy stores, post office and shops)! We stayed in the duplex for ten days - the lay out was perfect with beautiful sunny living rooms and kitchens upstairs and large bedrooms each with individual bathrooms downstairs. Mountain Lifestyles Property Services was a pleasure to work with and they were very accommodating to our needs. We recommend this duplex !"

  • Home base for Ketchum fun.

"We went up for a MTB trip with 4 guys. It couldn't have been better for us. The basement not only offers a nice quiet and cool summertime bedroom, but has plenty of activities to keep us entertained. We will be back for sure. Thanks Kelly."

  • First Class accommodations with Ketchum in your backyard!

"For many people visiting the Sun Valley area for the first time, it can be difficult to determine where is the ideal location to stay to take advantage of everything the region has to offer. Sun Valley is actually comprised of several different incorporated towns (Ketchum, Hailey, Bellevue, Elkhorn, and the Village of Sun Valley itself). If this is you're first time visiting the Sun Valley area or you're a regular, in our opinion, staying in downtown Ketchum is where you want to be. It's the epicenter of the area and provides walkable access to the area's best restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and of course, the Sun Valley resort (Mt. Baldy). If you're a modest walker, the valley's public bus transportation is top notch, and is free within the Sun Valley area itself. We have been visiting the valley for the past few years, and have never felt the need to have an automobile when staying in downtown Ketchum. You can read the reviews on the accommodations offered...they are first class, and the owner and management staff go out of their way to offer every possible amenity you could need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will add just a few additional comments regarding the condo; 1) While advertised as a 1 BR, don't be afraid to utilize the den with pull out bed as an overflow for a second couple or children. The second full bath comes in handy here as well. 2) The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare your meals in, although you will be tempted to eat out every night with some of the best restaurants just blocks from the condo. 3) The master bed is very comfortable with excellent bed and bath linens and provides for much needed rest and relaxation. If you're looking for first class accommodations with Ketchum in your backyard, book this unit now. You won't be disappointed."

  • Best Place to Stay in Sun Valley/Ketchum

"i have stayed here many times over the last six years. It is truly a retreat. The home itself is charming, not the large granite tiled monstrosities that litter Ketchum. It has a terrific yard and patio that are lovely and quiet in the summer and a large dining table to gather around near the fireplace in the winter. We have enjoyed the home with groups of all sizes, from 4 adults to several families. You can rent the cottage across the patio to expand the accommodation. From this property, we enjoy the alpenglow on the mountains, fish the wood river, ride the extensive paved bike trail, access the mountain trails for hiking and mountain biking, x-country ski, ride the chairlifts at the ski resort, and then walk to town for dinner, drinks and shopping! All of this without ever getting into the car. The owner is wonderfully accommodating. When one member of our party got a flat tire on a Sunday, not only did the owner arrange for another night so that the tire could be repaired, she even recommended where to go for the best service on the repair! She is a dog lover and will let your fuzzy kids stay with you at this property. One of the only, and certainly the best, options for those traveling with their canine companions."
