Great Place to Stay for Family of 5.
"My wife and I stayed here the week of spring break with our boys. This condo is close to everything. 5 minute walk to downtown ketchum square. Less than 5 minutes to River Run Lodge. 10 minutes to other side of Ketchum to go to the park for kids. Sun Valley Lodge/Village was an easy bike ride away. All the trails are nice and flat so easy for kids to ride bikes everywhere. Condo has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub which were clean and nice and the condo itself had everything we needed. The beds are huge and everything was taken care of, easy to find and super easy to check in and out. We will stay here again."

"Just finishing up a 5 week stay at this wonderful condo. I came to welcome my new grandson into this world. I decided I should come earlier than my original booking, but the unit was not available for the additional dates. Evidently the tenant ended up leaving earlier and the owner immediately contacted me. I was able to add additional days and had I not I would have missed his birth. The condo has everything one could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen appliance, full sets of dishes, pots and pans, utensils that one might need. The bed in the bedroom is extremely comfortable with extra pillows and blankets should you need them. There is a great loft area with an additional two twin beds for guests of yours. The deck has a great bar-b-que and the view is gorgeous. You look out over this beautiful meadow to Baldy. Even now in the winter there are paragliders to enjoy watching land in the meadow in front of you. I have been coming to Ketchum for the past 10 years since my daughter moved here and I have finally found the perfect spot to rent. I had a special request and the property manager went out of her way to make sure she got it set up for me. You can walk to everything Ketchum has to offer from this location. It's just the best and I will be back."

A spectacular, memory-making experience in true cowboy style!
"I hesitate to write a review only because I don't want the secret to get out! Sawtooth Valley Ranch is a truly magical experience for anyone. My family stayed there (5 adults, 4 children and we had room to spare) for this past week and cannot wait to go back. The Lawler family has outfitted this home to perfection. Each bedroom is comfortable and cosy, offering quiet space in the midst of a big family gathering. The living spaces are wide open with gorgeous views. The sprawling lawn leading to the pond was the perfect place for the kids (6 and under) to run, run, run and play for hours. Cocktails on the porch watching the sunset over the Sawtooth Mountains was stunning. And the spot is a terrific location for exploring the Valley. This is a must-do for any group looking for a way to escape the pace of city life and truly revel in the Idaho experience."

"i have stayed here many times over the last six years. It is truly a retreat. The home itself is charming, not the large granite tiled monstrosities that litter Ketchum. It has a terrific yard and patio that are lovely and quiet in the summer and a large dining table to gather around near the fireplace in the winter. We have enjoyed the home with groups of all sizes, from 4 adults to several families. You can rent the cottage across the patio to expand the accommodation.
From this property, we enjoy the alpenglow on the mountains, fish the wood river, ride the extensive paved bike trail, access the mountain trails for hiking and mountain biking, x-country ski, ride the chairlifts at the ski resort, and then walk to town for dinner, drinks and shopping! All of this without ever getting into the car.
The owner is wonderfully accommodating. When one member of our party got a flat tire on a Sunday, not only did the owner arrange for another night so that the tire could be repaired, she even recommended where to go for the best service on the repair! She is a dog lover and will let your fuzzy kids stay with you at this property. One of the only, and certainly the best, options for those traveling with their canine companions."
