"This had all the things one could want -- even on a second floor, 2 bdrm condo with a spiral staircase to the second bdrm on the third floor. There was easy access to River Run Lodge -- only a short walk across the parking lot -- allowing us to store our skis overnight at the base lodge for $4 per night and switch out of our ski boots for the walk over and back. The hot tub was at the foot of the stairs to our condo and worked very well. The two bedrooms were comfortable and the laundry was very useful. Further, all of the useful kitchen equipment was at hand and worked well. TV channel selection was poor, but we were in town to ski and have pleasant dinners in the evening, so not a big problem. All in all, nice place."

Wonderful Location & Property -Walk or bike to Main St Ketchum!
"We (family of 4 -2 kids age 9 &7 & 2 adults mid 40s) can't say enough about this house -It was more than enough space for us - could have handled 8 - 4 kids & 4 adults easily. It had a contemporary mountain/modern feel w/out going over the top - this house was perfectly located for a weekend escape to all Sun Valley & Ketchum have to offer (town access for Java on 4th & mountain trails access) without hearing any traffic noise.
To start, the fall colors of the aspen lined driveway lead you up to a spacious garage filled with weekend toys (tennis rackets/cruiser bikes). We brought our own mtn bikes, but tennis courts were just at the end of the street! There is a tree-sheltered porch off the kitchen overlooking the property that was repeatedly used for morning coffee & cocktail hour. The bedroom/bathroom accommodations were pristine. For kids: the bunk room could sleep 4 kiddos (but 2 kids each having top bunk dibs was even more of a plus! with bathroom adjacent. We stayed in the master bedroom downstairs -very quiet & with private door access to the hot tub it was a dream!
Living room was restorative with big chairs & a cozy couch to collapse in after a day hiking Chocolate Gulch & biking home from Main St Restaurants! LR has gas fired option to make that perfect fire (with wood) if you're not the most skilled in pyrotechnics. Nice sound system too.
Highly recommend, we would stay here again. Owners very easy to work with & were attentive."

"Great location. Beautiful view. Quiet. Comfortable. Easy, easy access to ski area and to downtown. No car necessary, but if you have one, parking is easy. Well equipped kitchen. Owner is super to work with. Nice neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay here."
