  • comfortable and convenient

"Excellent little cozy condo. Perfect for two. We enjoy staying here as it is close to everything in Ketchum and reasonably priced. Love walking into town. Well furnished and fireplace heater is nice addition. I would highly recommend."

  • Wonderful Location & Property -Walk or bike to Main St Ketchum!

"We (family of 4 -2 kids age 9 &7 & 2 adults mid 40s) can't say enough about this house -It was more than enough space for us - could have handled 8 - 4 kids & 4 adults easily. It had a contemporary mountain/modern feel w/out going over the top - this house was perfectly located for a weekend escape to all Sun Valley & Ketchum have to offer (town access for Java on 4th & mountain trails access) without hearing any traffic noise. To start, the fall colors of the aspen lined driveway lead you up to a spacious garage filled with weekend toys (tennis rackets/cruiser bikes). We brought our own mtn bikes, but tennis courts were just at the end of the street! There is a tree-sheltered porch off the kitchen overlooking the property that was repeatedly used for morning coffee & cocktail hour. The bedroom/bathroom accommodations were pristine. For kids: the bunk room could sleep 4 kiddos (but 2 kids each having top bunk dibs was even more of a plus! with bathroom adjacent. We stayed in the master bedroom downstairs -very quiet & with private door access to the hot tub it was a dream! Living room was restorative with big chairs & a cozy couch to collapse in after a day hiking Chocolate Gulch & biking home from Main St Restaurants! LR has gas fired option to make that perfect fire (with wood) if you're not the most skilled in pyrotechnics. Nice sound system too. Highly recommend, we would stay here again. Owners very easy to work with & were attentive."

  • Wonderful Condominium in Ketchem, Idaho

"This was our third visit to this condominium, and as previously, the stay was very nice. The location is great, and the owner maintains the unit very well. The owner is also very attentive to your needs It has always been exceptionally clean on arrival and all aspects of the unit are well organized. This time there were upgrades to the bathroom, with new bath tub and shower. We recommend this unit with out reservation."

  • Fantastic home, Incredible location

"I recently rented this home with four other buddies for an annual ski trip and couldn't have been more satisfied. As for location, the home is about six miles north of the town of Ketchum so it's a super easy 15 minutes drive door to door to the Warm Springs lift on Old Baldy or restaurants in town. If you're interested in something other than downhill skiing, the home essentially borders the Sawtooth Forest and it's a short drive north to Galena Lodge so incredible cross country skiing, hiking and snowshoeing opportunities are right at your doorstep. The snow report was mixed the week we were there so we tried a day of snowshoeing in the Boulder Mountains around Galena, which was just fantastic. As for the home itself, it's hard to do it justice. It's a log home so it's an authentic rustic Idaho feel, but to call it a cabin is an understatement. It's big, spacious, light, airy and super comfortable. It's also well appointed and meticulously maintained. It was great to come home after a full day skiing, crank up a fire in the huge soapstone woodburning stove, soak up the last of the sunshine on the wrap around porch and then relax in the wood heated hot tub. The icing on the cake is the owner, Tom, is a genuinely good person who took great care to see we all got in, got settled and were off to a great start with fruit, pastries and local knowledge. My first stay was a ski trip with buddies but I'm already thinking about a return trip to this gem with my family to experience Sun Valley in the summer."
