Excellent warm springs town home
"Excellent location. Beatififul accommodations. Great sleeping arrangements. Amazing view. This place has it all! You can't go wrong with this place and it is especially great for groups with several kids. I'd highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying here again. Property owners were great to work with as well."

"We stayed here for the Sun Valley Bike festival and Enduro Cup Race. Since the festival was in the town square, it was very nice to be able to easily walk back and forth for the events and for restaurants since there was minimal parking in town. The condo is attractively furnished and the beds were comfortable. We had two cars and there was always adequate parking in the condo lot. There is a nice pool and a hot tub (under repair while we were there but it was too hot anyway). It was unusually hot (high 90's) while we were there so my only suggestion would be a couple of portable fans for the loft and the other main floor bedroom since there is no air conditioning (not usually necessary). We had a fan in the master which worked nicely."

"Our family found this to be the perfect property for all ages. We loved the amenities of the home: large gathering room, great kitchen, and large bedrooms. The location was perfect for an easy walk to Sun Valley or Ketchum and for sledding on Penny Hill, which is adjacent to the property. We are looking forward to booking this home for a summer gathering next year."

"i have stayed here many times over the last six years. It is truly a retreat. The home itself is charming, not the large granite tiled monstrosities that litter Ketchum. It has a terrific yard and patio that are lovely and quiet in the summer and a large dining table to gather around near the fireplace in the winter. We have enjoyed the home with groups of all sizes, from 4 adults to several families. You can rent the cottage across the patio to expand the accommodation.
From this property, we enjoy the alpenglow on the mountains, fish the wood river, ride the extensive paved bike trail, access the mountain trails for hiking and mountain biking, x-country ski, ride the chairlifts at the ski resort, and then walk to town for dinner, drinks and shopping! All of this without ever getting into the car.
The owner is wonderfully accommodating. When one member of our party got a flat tire on a Sunday, not only did the owner arrange for another night so that the tire could be repaired, she even recommended where to go for the best service on the repair! She is a dog lover and will let your fuzzy kids stay with you at this property. One of the only, and certainly the best, options for those traveling with their canine companions."
