Extremely enjoyable experience
"We had the pleasure of staying in this townhouse for a weekend in February. It is an ideal setup. Very quiet end unit, beautifully furnished, very accessible to public transport. The kitchen had everything necessary for us to prepare gourmet meals. We also took advantage of the fine dining in Sun Valley. It was so nice to be able to come back after a fabulous day on the slopes, take off our ski gear and kick back and relax. I highly recommend anyone who is considering a stay in Sun Valley, to consider this reasonably priced, extremely welcoming abode. Enjoy the fantastic skiing, golf, hiking and fly fishing, that Sun Valley offers."

"Owner was very communicative about property, worked with me to change my original travel dates. Perfect home base for ski vacation. Family of 4 (two kids under 5) plus grandparents worked well here. I had no idea it would be so close to Dollar, really convenient for our smallest to ski for awhile and back to the condo for nap times.
Overall, was excellent. We had one issue with lighting, and both the owner and property manager were very prompt in helping to get the issue solved."

"My wife and I have been in the resort rental and property management business for more than forty years. This property has a great location in terms of its natural setting, privacy and access to Ketchum/Sun Valley and local recreational activities. These are the things that we look for based on our experience: cleanliness, privacy and spaciousness of bedrooms, comfortable beds, quality of towels and linens, laundry facilities, layout of kitchen and family room, kitchenware, coffee-maker (must have good morning coffee!), barbecue, closet space, etc. TV and internet access are givens. Bonus points for art work.
Two bikes are provided for trips into nearby Ketchum (one mile) and for rides on the bike trail running north and south along the Wood River. Additional bikes are available for rent in Ketchum. Ours was a late summer rental. We enjoyed some great hikes and we particularly recommend hiking alongside Red Fish Lake, near Stanley. Depending upon the season, $10 will get you to the far end of the lake by boat. Hike about two miles up the side of the mountain at a steady grade and three to four miles back down to the lodge. Loved “Il Naso” Restaurant (Italian) in Ketchum. Take a tour of the new Sun Valley Lodge. Be sure to take advantage of art exhibits - lots of fine art and local characters. This is a very well-stocked home.
Bottom line: The owners have great taste and they are willing to share their special touches with their renters. Given its unique rental value, this is a property that we plan to rent again."
