"My husband and I just got back from our 9 day stay in Chicago and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. The condo was just perfect. George was very accommodating and great to deal with. We had booked 4 months in advanced and George kept in touch with us the entire time. The condo could not be in a better location. Right on Michigan Ave , a block from Roosevelt. Walking distance to so many great attractions and restaurant. We didn't rent a vehicle because you can walk to most spots or public transportation is easily accessible. The condo itself was lovely; very clean and spacious and had everything you needed including wine and snacks. It really felt like home. Every nicer than the photos. The building is very secure with around the clock friendly doormen. Full gym located on the main floor. 2 grocery stores right around the corner. George emailed us through out our stay to make sure we arrived safely and were enjoying our stay. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. We will definitely be back to stay!! Thanks George !"

Owner very nice, responsive, and present
Good location close to L etc
Very cozy and warm and comfortable
Kid friendly furnishings games
Main bedrom with french doors with view of fireplace
Nice easy feel for casual entertaining.
Ample fridge. Nice kitchen island
-Though surprisingly little street noise comes through, the apt is on top of restaurat and cAn hear music and such In front bedroom late at night. Not a problem if u r a heavier sleeper or are up late yourself
-kitchen Sink was awkward but sufficient
-Sofas had stains and could use a sheet on top or slip covers
-in summer i would be tempted to look for place with patio or balcony but was perfect for our last minute fall visit.
Overall we had a great stay and we felt very welcomed and comfortable and cozy here. It was a hit with my 7 year old and 10 yr old girls and i was able to have my extended family over for appetizers and drinks, and pizza ordered from one block away. Jon, the owner was very available and responsive to our last minute booking and our needs. I would stay here again.

"What a great home. Enough bedrooms/baths for the 7 of us; fenced in front yard for our grandson to kick his soccer ball all day; large dining area and kitchen; close to Chicago. Spent 6 nights here and everything we needed was available even a booster seat and pack-n-play for the grandson. Owners very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend it."

"I booked this unit for a 30th birthday weekend getaway. We had (7) people total - (3) couples and (1) additional person. This unit was perfect for us!
- Location: This unit is walking distance to Wrigley Field and Wrigleyville which has great restaurants and bars. Around the corner is a bunch of great restaurants, and one block away is the Belmont CTA stop which will get you on the Red Line and is a straight shot into downtown if you need to get there. It's a quiet neighborhood but around the corner is great nightlife if that's what you're looking for.
- Accommodations: There were (3) bedrooms - each one had a comfortable full size bed with a closet. There was a living area with a couch (not a sleeper sofa), a dining table with (6) chairs and a full kitchen fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware, and basic cooking utencils. (2) full bathrooms, plenty of towels, and a hair dryer! Iron and ironing board were there as well. If you need the sleeper sofa, I would just make sure to clarify that when making your reservation. There are two units in the same building, so maybe the other one has the sleeper sofa?
- Parking: Parking is free on the street and there are residential parking passes provided with the unit (required for street parking). The only downside is that parking may be hard to find - one person drove around for 45 minutes looking for parking. It should be noted that we had (3) cars with our group and we stayed over a very busy weekend (St. Patrick's Day + NCAA BBall Tournament).
- Customer Service: Dan was great to work with! He responded to my emails within 1 - 2 business days and most of the time it was within 24 hours.
Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a "home away from home" while in Chicago!"
