"What a great home. Enough bedrooms/baths for the 7 of us; fenced in front yard for our grandson to kick his soccer ball all day; large dining area and kitchen; close to Chicago. Spent 6 nights here and everything we needed was available even a booster seat and pack-n-play for the grandson. Owners very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend it."

"We stayed in the second floor apartment and it was fabulous. Very well decorated, large and spacious, very comfortable. We had 6 adults and it was perfectly big enough. My brother and his family stayed in the garden apartment and our unit was big enough for all of us to gather and hang out and eat together. It was really nice. One day there was a horrific storm and it knocked the power out all over Rogers Park. Ross brought up some tea lights and candles and apologized for the inconvenience. I would totally stay here again if we ever need to go back to Chicago."

"Last year, my wife & I stayed at Magnolia Studios as part of an extended holiday in the US. We both loved the place. As soon as I knew I had a conference in downtown Chicago, I immediately booked again. Studio 1 proved a wonderful haven in the bitter tail-end of a cold Chicago winter. It was a welcome change to the usual conference accommodation and was as warm and comfortable in the winter as it had been cool and comfortable in the summer. While there for 11 nights, some plumbing work was required in the garden. By way of apology for any inconvenience, I arrived home one evening to find a fine selection of Illinois brews and some chocolates accompanying an explanation of what could be expected. More than adequate compensation for having to wait 5 seconds for the plumber to step aside one morning and me step across a hole. I would highly recommend this place as an ideal alternative to a hotel for anyone with a bit of time to spend in Chicago."
