"We stayed here on a friends road trip. The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities necessary to make you feel at home. It is a beautiful 1st floor apartment as advertised. It was very convenient to Wrigley Field and the rail station (walking distance). Andrea was very nice and was available to us if needed. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a great stay here. The location was ideal, the apartment was lovely, clean and well appointed, and parking in the backyard garage was easy. Host was very responsive and made check-in/out very easy. If you're headed to Wrigleyville for a Cubs game (you can walk there) or you just want a place that's centrally located, this is a great choice."

"Last year, my wife & I stayed at Magnolia Studios as part of an extended holiday in the US. We both loved the place. As soon as I knew I had a conference in downtown Chicago, I immediately booked again. Studio 1 proved a wonderful haven in the bitter tail-end of a cold Chicago winter. It was a welcome change to the usual conference accommodation and was as warm and comfortable in the winter as it had been cool and comfortable in the summer. While there for 11 nights, some plumbing work was required in the garden. By way of apology for any inconvenience, I arrived home one evening to find a fine selection of Illinois brews and some chocolates accompanying an explanation of what could be expected. More than adequate compensation for having to wait 5 seconds for the plumber to step aside one morning and me step across a hole. I would highly recommend this place as an ideal alternative to a hotel for anyone with a bit of time to spend in Chicago."

"This was a great place to stay in Chicago--very quiet neighborhood, very safe. Quick, easy access to the train and only about 30-40 minutes ride to downtown. It's a little far north if you are going to be checking out the museums on the south side, but nothing insurmountable. Very clean and nicely appointed, with a great backyard patio and beautiful kitchen. Perfect for families or small groups visiting Chicago! Would love to stay here again."
