"I can't say enough great things about the apartment, the location and the owner. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and tastefully and well appointed. Roscoe Village is charming, with many lovely restaurants and shops, and you get a slower pace setting with fast, easy access to the more downtown areas. Jon is a really good guy and incredibly helpful. His restaurant across the street, Kitsch'n, has a great breakfast. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The only word of warning: there's a flight of stairs to the apartment entrance, and then a narrow spiral staircase to get to the living area of the apartment. So you need to be game for stairs, and smaller suitcases are your best option."

"We arrived after dark and the unit was all lit up for our arrival. We could tell in the dark that the neighborhood was family friendly. After dropping our bags off we headed out to eat. We walked two maybe three blocks to a very yummy Italian restaurant that took our party of 8 right in.Everything you need is in walking distance( the train , shops, restaurants, ATM,bars and even a church we walked too. We enjoyed the location very much,we were in Roscoe Village. I gotta say download uber( cabs) so fast better than the train. Our unit had 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms , kitchen, yard, living area. The unit isn't big but it was very comfortable for 8.Everything we needed was in the unit. The unit was updated with modern bathrooms and comfy beds with nice down comforters.I would recommend this to family and friends and since we only had limited time due to wedding events we are planning a trip back next year to sight see.Thank you Roscoe Village Staff for a very clean and welcoming stay!!!!"

"This home was absolutely perfect for our needs! Although it is huge (4/5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths) it is still cozy and comfortable. It is an excellent choice for a couple of families vacationing in Chicago. Close to both the EL and Commuter train to head into the downtown area. Beautiful kitchen, great place to hang out and very roomy. The owner was great, very responsive, quick to get security deposit back. If we ever come back to Chicago, I would rent this house again. On street parking, so if you have a car be aware coming back late at night you may have some difficulty finding a spot."

"The owner set you up for complete success at this location! Very clean and loaded with all amenities including high quality bed sheets, tons of towels, a garage spot in back, a washer/dryer, coffee pot, cooking-ware, silverware and plates, and almost everything else you need to feel at home. The location is perfect, a 1 minute walk from Lincoln avenue where you can catch cabs or 5 minutes to the red line where you are within 2-3 stops of wrigley and downtown, respectfully. Also within 3 minutes walk to a cvs, breakfast/coffee shops, lunch/dinner restaurants, and at least one great bar option. The biggest downsides of renting this unit are that you have to rent 3+ nights even if you only want to stay for 2 on a weekend and the roscoe village staff are a little less forward or friendly or easy to contact than is preferred. But the owner is nice and I would rent from him again for sure. Enjoy!"
