"I cannot thank the owner enough for making our stay safe, enjoyable and relaxing. The manager of the establishment was extremely prepared for our arrival. When we arrived, the manager was waiting for us outside and took us on a tour of the condo. He also had a binder prepared with all the attractions and transportation in the area. The appliances, bathroom and overall condo was very clean. It was wonderful to be able to spend time with my college age children in a spacious condo. In addition to the space, having two bathrooms was a luxury. We would rent this condo again ."

"We enjoyed a great 4 night stay in this condo that comfortably housed 8 of us. Located in the Lincoln Park, we were minutes away from the Red/Purple/Brown Line stop (Fullerton), De Paul University, and other area highlights. With cafes and a Whole Foods right around the corner, this was the perfect spot for us to enjoy Chicago while maintaining access to area amenities.
Inside the unassuming exterior, the two story condo was spotless, with keyless entry (4-digit code), plenty of spare linens, and in-unit washer/dryer. The Kitchen had everything we needed, as well as a grill on the back patio. The only small complaint here is that the front "balcony" (quite small, and probably unsafe) was bolted shut, for good reason, but it didn't allow us to open the windows for airflow. The Unit had wifi and cable as well. You'll need to go to up a flight of stairs to get to the first level, so it might not be
Additionally, we were able to push for a later checkout with Roscoe Village Guesthouses the day of and they were gracious enough to accommodate. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"I booked this unit for a 30th birthday weekend getaway. We had (7) people total - (3) couples and (1) additional person. This unit was perfect for us!
- Location: This unit is walking distance to Wrigley Field and Wrigleyville which has great restaurants and bars. Around the corner is a bunch of great restaurants, and one block away is the Belmont CTA stop which will get you on the Red Line and is a straight shot into downtown if you need to get there. It's a quiet neighborhood but around the corner is great nightlife if that's what you're looking for.
- Accommodations: There were (3) bedrooms - each one had a comfortable full size bed with a closet. There was a living area with a couch (not a sleeper sofa), a dining table with (6) chairs and a full kitchen fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware, and basic cooking utencils. (2) full bathrooms, plenty of towels, and a hair dryer! Iron and ironing board were there as well. If you need the sleeper sofa, I would just make sure to clarify that when making your reservation. There are two units in the same building, so maybe the other one has the sleeper sofa?
- Parking: Parking is free on the street and there are residential parking passes provided with the unit (required for street parking). The only downside is that parking may be hard to find - one person drove around for 45 minutes looking for parking. It should be noted that we had (3) cars with our group and we stayed over a very busy weekend (St. Patrick's Day + NCAA BBall Tournament).
- Customer Service: Dan was great to work with! He responded to my emails within 1 - 2 business days and most of the time it was within 24 hours.
Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a "home away from home" while in Chicago!"

"The rental was perfect for our family. First time in Chicago and not knowing area or how to get around. Dan made the process so easy for us. Provided us great information and always responded to any questions that came up. Rental met all the needs for our family, the location was great, easy walk to the L, or a cab or Uber call away for any destination. We flew into Ohare and took a cab to the house and on our way back home we took the train back to the airport. We were out there for a football game at Soldier field and you definitely do not need a car. If you plan to stay in and enjoy a nice dinner, you can turn on the grill or enjoy some of the restaurants nearby.
We would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends and would stay again if ever in Chicago again."
