"Three girlfriends and myself stayed here for a 4 day weekend in Chicago. I just can't express enough how wonderful this house is! Teri was a pleasure to meet and I agree with all the other reviews that she has thought of everything to make your stay feel as though you are at home. No, actually, she has this rental equipped with more than I have in my own home! The kitchen is fully stocked...not just cook ware and dishes....an abundance of teas, coffee, fresh flowers...everything! Teri has put so much thought into everything anyone could possibly need. The location is just perfect, the gardens are beautiful. The beds are comfortable with wonderful linens. Bathrooms up to date and of course fully stocked with an abundance of towels, soaps, hair dryers etc. Wonderful neighborhood with great restaurants, botiques and short walk to public transportation. We had car trouble on our departure and Teri went out of her way to help us, really incredible. Neighbors came out of their homes to offer assistance. Also, what's really important as well, this home is clean! The housekeeper is just as sweet as she could be. This is the place to stay! The pictures don't do it justice...I would live there in a minute! Thank you Teri!"

"I booked this unit for a 30th birthday weekend getaway. We had (7) people total - (3) couples and (1) additional person. This unit was perfect for us!
- Location: This unit is walking distance to Wrigley Field and Wrigleyville which has great restaurants and bars. Around the corner is a bunch of great restaurants, and one block away is the Belmont CTA stop which will get you on the Red Line and is a straight shot into downtown if you need to get there. It's a quiet neighborhood but around the corner is great nightlife if that's what you're looking for.
- Accommodations: There were (3) bedrooms - each one had a comfortable full size bed with a closet. There was a living area with a couch (not a sleeper sofa), a dining table with (6) chairs and a full kitchen fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware, and basic cooking utencils. (2) full bathrooms, plenty of towels, and a hair dryer! Iron and ironing board were there as well. If you need the sleeper sofa, I would just make sure to clarify that when making your reservation. There are two units in the same building, so maybe the other one has the sleeper sofa?
- Parking: Parking is free on the street and there are residential parking passes provided with the unit (required for street parking). The only downside is that parking may be hard to find - one person drove around for 45 minutes looking for parking. It should be noted that we had (3) cars with our group and we stayed over a very busy weekend (St. Patrick's Day + NCAA BBall Tournament).
- Customer Service: Dan was great to work with! He responded to my emails within 1 - 2 business days and most of the time it was within 24 hours.
Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a "home away from home" while in Chicago!"

"If you want to do Chicago right, you must stay in the Chicago Guest House. You are walking distance from Wrigley Stadium, great/local restaurants, bars and musical entertainment. Plus, you are a 15 minute train ride downtown. The Chicago Guest House is absolutely adorable. With 3 spacious rooms and two baths, we had no issues with 6 people staying together. And the backyard is too perfect for words. Great place to sit and chat. You can even buy wine and steaks around the corner and then grill till your hearts content."

"I stayed with a large group of guys at the house for a Cubs series and it worked out great! Within walking distance of Wrigley, bars, and other things to do. Perfect for a big group, and the property manager was incredibly accommodating. Thanks!"
