Home away from home!
"Our entire family stayed here this last week and we had a blast exploring Roscoe Village, downtown Chicago and all of the amazing sights! The townhouse is perfect for a large family and first class all the way! Minutes away from the El and we could have lived at Maurianas for groceries. The bedrooms do not have TVs but the strong Wifi made up for it as we watched Netflix on my iPad before bed each night! Can't wait to come back. I worried about street parking but there was a spot every night. The staff cares about their guests and is always available but we aren't needy!!"

"We were back on a familiar street where we once owned an apartment. The location is perfect for transportation, Chicago downtown and beach activities. Only problem was a mishap with owner's cleaning company when the cleaner did not show up. Substitute cleaner was very efficient and conscientious and we only asked that the essentials be taken care of. We couldn't get into apartment until 18:30. Ashley told us our cleaning fee would be returned. Towels were limited and would suggest beach towels on hand in summer and perhaps a parasol. Air conditioners too loud to sleep with. Comfortable apartment and felt quite at home in the apartment. We had a lovely stay despite initial problem. Would recommend Apartment 2. Neighborhood changing. We had one last chance to enjoy Big Bowl, Corner Bakery, DaLobster (formerly Ashkenaz Deli). They all closed the week we were there -- buildings being converted to shopping."

-Though surprisingly little street noise comes through, the apt is on top of restaurat and cAn hear music and such In front bedroom late at night. Not a problem if u r a heavier sleeper or are up late yourself
-kitchen Sink was awkward but sufficient
-Sofas had stains and could use a sheet on top or slip covers
-in summer i would be tempted to look for place with patio or balcony but was perfect for our last minute fall visit.
Overall we had a great stay and we felt very welcomed and comfortable and cozy here. It was a hit with my 7 year old and 10 yr old girls and i was able to have my extended family over for appetizers and drinks, and pizza ordered from one block away. Jon, the owner was very available and responsive to our last minute booking and our needs. I would stay here again.
