"We arrived after dark and the unit was all lit up for our arrival. We could tell in the dark that the neighborhood was family friendly. After dropping our bags off we headed out to eat. We walked two maybe three blocks to a very yummy Italian restaurant that took our party of 8 right in.Everything you need is in walking distance( the train , shops, restaurants, ATM,bars and even a church we walked too. We enjoyed the location very much,we were in Roscoe Village. I gotta say download uber( cabs) so fast better than the train. Our unit had 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms , kitchen, yard, living area. The unit isn't big but it was very comfortable for 8.Everything we needed was in the unit. The unit was updated with modern bathrooms and comfy beds with nice down comforters.I would recommend this to family and friends and since we only had limited time due to wedding events we are planning a trip back next year to sight see.Thank you Roscoe Village Staff for a very clean and welcoming stay!!!!"

"I can't say enough great things about the apartment, the location and the owner. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and tastefully and well appointed. Roscoe Village is charming, with many lovely restaurants and shops, and you get a slower pace setting with fast, easy access to the more downtown areas. Jon is a really good guy and incredibly helpful. His restaurant across the street, Kitsch'n, has a great breakfast. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The only word of warning: there's a flight of stairs to the apartment entrance, and then a narrow spiral staircase to get to the living area of the apartment. So you need to be game for stairs, and smaller suitcases are your best option."

"Perfect location. Exceptionally clean. Incredibly accommodating owner and staff. Convenient supply of just about everything. This spacious house was our home away from home for a few weeks this summer and we could not have chosen a better place. Terri went out of her way to help us out and everything she promised was delivered better than expected. Clean and attractive neighborhood, easy access to the Brown Line, right next to Wrigley Field and the fun energy of Cubs fans, and a short walk (5 minutes) to the main street full of exceptional dining and shopping options. We were able to simply show up and begin having fun thanks to the full supply of all the little things you need for an extended stay. We will be back for sure."

"This is the second guesthouse we have stayed in. Both experiences were awesome! Joe and John were very informative, helping me select the best location for the weekend's activities. They also gave us free tickets to a comedy show! The apartments are very tastefully updated and have everything you need. Both apartments I stayed in(Roscoe Village & Old Towne) were on a residential street with permit parking but also very close to restaurants, coffee shops, and subway. Reasonable price and so much better than a hotel room! Can't wait to go back!"
