"My husband's family and myself stayed at this cabin last weekend. We were a group of 8 plus one baby. The listing says adult only, because there is no access to the resort water park with this property. So, not a good place if you have a group with kids that would want to go to the water park.
The 3 bedrooms are all a nice size. Especially 2 of the rooms, which are huge. Because of that, we never felt crowded.
After a long, hot day of hiking, we were all eager to shower. Luckily, this cabin had 4 showers and a tankless water heater. It was great!
The cabin was well stocked with supplies for cooking. It came with some small bottles of shampoo and soap as well. A lot of vrbo properties have not had this, so it was nice. It was also great to have a dining room table that was large enough for all of us.
We all thought that the cabin was well decorated and comfortable. We had no problem with loud neighbors or anything like that. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again!"

"Last year, my wife & I stayed at Magnolia Studios as part of an extended holiday in the US. We both loved the place. As soon as I knew I had a conference in downtown Chicago, I immediately booked again. Studio 1 proved a wonderful haven in the bitter tail-end of a cold Chicago winter. It was a welcome change to the usual conference accommodation and was as warm and comfortable in the winter as it had been cool and comfortable in the summer. While there for 11 nights, some plumbing work was required in the garden. By way of apology for any inconvenience, I arrived home one evening to find a fine selection of Illinois brews and some chocolates accompanying an explanation of what could be expected. More than adequate compensation for having to wait 5 seconds for the plumber to step aside one morning and me step across a hole. I would highly recommend this place as an ideal alternative to a hotel for anyone with a bit of time to spend in Chicago."

"I brought a group of five students to the property as we did a study tour of Chicago churches. The check in was easy, the property is quiet and large enough to accommodate a large group, and the neighborhood convenient and safe. The only slight downside is that the nearest grocery was about a 5 min walk. And is that really all that bad?"

"Hi all...it's us again, the Black Alumni Group reunion guests! Once again, our stay exceeded our expectations. Since our last stay, Paul has made a few upgrades and our stay was better as a result. All he needs to do is add a BBQ grill and the place is a great alternative to home. I can't say enough about how enjoyable our stay was as well as how great the owners, Paul and Theresa, are.
Don't second guess staying here...it's definitely worth it!
Thanks Paul and Theresa for another great stay during the BAG Reunion weekend!
Lisa, Joyce, Lisa and Percy"
