"my husband and I & our 3 small dogs enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage. It's challenging to find places to stay when traveling with our furry family. The house was well kept and clean and the location is a quick 10 min scenic drive into Galena. we also enjoyed the walking path near to the cottage. Will be back! Thank you !"

Go figure - 1,900 square ft with a Jacuzzi..Its the real deal
"I'm a former Illinois resident so when I saw that amount of space in Little Italy, I was just dying to see the entire layout. To my pleasant surprise, it was eye opening to see how their place is laid out and sure enough it was a great stay for us. I have stayed at various VRBO rentals and this condo was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. My gal is allergy ridden so if she starts to sneeze and get clogged up, I know something is not right. The king bed was comfortable and the noise level was minimal on the weekend of our stay. Location wise this is my 1st downtown trip where we did not use a car or taxi to get to shows and museums that we frequent. I'm a big fan of the 'L' so all transportation was off the Blue line at Loomis St. We had terrific Italian dinners off Taylor Street and W. Vernon Park Pl. Loading up supplies for the weekend, Target was a few blocks nearby. For the gals, the bathrooms are small but for us guys, it was fine by me. We had a minor parking snafu as a result of Chicago Fire being filmed in the area. I called Tracy and she returned my call very quickly to provide options. It all worked out in the end as I was able to slide into a parking spot right when someone else was leaving. It was on the street with a view of our vehicle outside the window. Nice being able to park for FREE the entire weekend in downtown Chicago with the built-in price until our departure. Overall, it was an excellent stay for us."

Very nice & clean place with EVERYTHING you NEED & WANT
"This rental was very nice and cozy! The kitchen was equipped with more than enough plates, silverware, cookware. Everything in the kitchen is in bulk. Basic spices and coffee pot liners were already there as well- very surprising. Another thing I like is the home already had nice candles, liquid hand wash, dish detergent, and more. The game stock was good although we did not play any. Searching through the closets, I saw the home is ready for all- those with babies, get cold easily (extra), cleaning materials. I don't think the home was lacking anything. The shower in the master bedroom is the best!!! All of the rooms were nice and cozy. Having the washer and dryer in the home was very convenient as well. They left any items we needed visible and let us know to contact them if we had questions. I don't have any complaints except is seems like as soon as you get comfortable, it's time to check out. That means, next time I need to stay more than 3 days. The owner was fantastic regarding communication. They game me the best response time and feedback than anyone. I was notified throughout the process which I appreciated. Diane was a sure pleasure to work with and would definitely rent her home again. Oh, the best thing is the home is pet-free, meaning I didn't have to worry about fur and animal scent. Please beware that the couches are super comfty and can cause you not to sleep in your bed!! ;)"

"I highly recommend this cute, Southwest themed garden apartment, especially for visiting Northwestern U parents and prospective students. Three guests fit comfortably. The location is ideal--Starbucks, shops and restaurants and the Metra 1 short block away. There's a beautiful backyard outside your door and everything you need inside. I've stayed in many VRBO properties across the country and I must commend the Fells for being the absolutely easiest owners to work with. We will be back!"
