Very nice & clean place with EVERYTHING you NEED & WANT
"This rental was very nice and cozy! The kitchen was equipped with more than enough plates, silverware, cookware. Everything in the kitchen is in bulk. Basic spices and coffee pot liners were already there as well- very surprising. Another thing I like is the home already had nice candles, liquid hand wash, dish detergent, and more. The game stock was good although we did not play any. Searching through the closets, I saw the home is ready for all- those with babies, get cold easily (extra), cleaning materials. I don't think the home was lacking anything. The shower in the master bedroom is the best!!! All of the rooms were nice and cozy. Having the washer and dryer in the home was very convenient as well. They left any items we needed visible and let us know to contact them if we had questions. I don't have any complaints except is seems like as soon as you get comfortable, it's time to check out. That means, next time I need to stay more than 3 days. The owner was fantastic regarding communication. They game me the best response time and feedback than anyone. I was notified throughout the process which I appreciated. Diane was a sure pleasure to work with and would definitely rent her home again. Oh, the best thing is the home is pet-free, meaning I didn't have to worry about fur and animal scent. Please beware that the couches are super comfty and can cause you not to sleep in your bed!! ;)"

"This was our 2nd time having our family vacation here and we all loved it as much, if not more this time! You just can't believe how impressive every detail is and there are so many details! Everything you could hope for and then some! The place is always spotless and well stocked. Thanks Mitch for installing the fantastic hammock that I suggested after the last visit! My new suggestion would be for a rocking chair of some sort. We had a newborn this time and I missed being able to rock her. Other than that, I can't recommend this castle enough! Fun for absolutely every age. We requested that everyone leave their phones off and just unplug and spend time enjoying the castle, the grounds, the water and each other without any distractions, and no one minded...in fact, everyone loved it! Thanks again Mitch for sharing your amazing castle with us and thanks to Debbie for always going out of your way to make our time there fantastic!"

Fabulous Apartment in the Best Neighborhood in Town!
"Great one-bedroom furnished apartment on the 22nd floor at the north end of Chicago's magnificent mile. Sparingly but extraordinarily "well thought out!" furnishings, linens--including a sofa bed for a visitor, linens, kitchen appliances, cooking equipment, silverware, , kitchen appliances, silverware, plates, etc. Apartment has SPECTACULAR views of downtown Chicago. Best neighborhood in the city for sightseeing and restaurants. Highly recommend for a couple, a single person.....approrpriate for a third person as visitor..... I've been in Chicago fora month every second year since 1977....and this was by far my best "housing" experience...."

"I couldnt' have asked for a better place to stay for my boyfriend and I's recent wine trail excursion. The place looks like a downtown Chicago loft dropped down in the middle of small town Alto Pass (I actually live in downtown Chicago and it puts my condo to shame!). Brian has thought of every detail imaginable.....from the modern decor to the latest technology. I am eager to go back soon and hopefully bring friends as I cannot think of one person I know who wouldn't adore it. The wine trail itself is unbelievable. I've been on many of these tours, and this is hands down the most versatile, unique set of wineries I've ever visited. The countryside is georgous and it is very clear from the get go that the people at the vineyards are truly passionate about what they do. Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. Many of them also brew beer so if you are dragging a boyfriend (like me) who prefers beer vs wine, you are all set! I'm telling you though, if you are planning to do this trip in one day, you are going to be sorry! Take my advice and go for (at LEAST) a long weekend! It is impossible to hit up all the wineries in one day, there is all sorts of little farmers markets and shopping nearby and of course, you are going to want to hang out at Brian's place and enjoy it because it is SO relaxing and georgous. Go for it, you won't be sorry!"
