"This is my second time staying at this rental. The space and location are perfect. There is a school playground right across the street that you can use when school is not in session. You can uber anywhere in the city for not much money. Definitely do not need a car. I hope to stay at this location a third time."

"Ritchie Manor is a lovely, historic building in a great location. We stayed in Unit 4 on the top floor. The apartment is spacious and filled with light. We are a family of 3 and had more than enough room. From this location, you can walk to so many great areas of Chicago -- the lake front, Rush Street, the river, the Magnificent Mile -- all so close. The building is a walk up, so be aware that you have to be able to take a couple of stair cases up, but it is well worth. The apartment is well equipped with an updated kitchen.
We look forward to our next trip to Chicago and to Ritchie Manor!"

Great Property - Great location, building, unit and amenities!!
"The pictures were great but they didn't do the unit justice. The living room, dining room and kitchen are spacious. The bedroom is very large with a very comfy bed and bedding. The bedroom bathroom is a bit small but very nice. It is very hard to tell from pictures but the hot tub is right off the master bedroom and in a very spacious all wood paneled room with the bathroom right off of it with a shower with good water pressure. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with parking not a problem. Taylor Street offers a variety of dining options within walking distance - a very nice street to stroll down. The building was very quiet. Couldn't ask more from the owners - very responsive, the check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. Am coming back in September and wanted to stay again but unfortunately it is booked. This will be my preferred vacation rental when visiting Chicago from now on!! Couldn't give it a higher recommendation."

"We were so pleased. it is a beautiful condo, wonderfully located! Pleasantly surprised that owners had supplied things like laundry supplies and dish detergent. They thought of everything! We could even see the fireworks on Navy Pier. Appreciated the convenient parking."
