  • Awesome getaway; Teddy Bear Place

"This was an extended weekend getaway. Packed full of activities. The Condo rental was very nice. Well stocked kitchen with pots pans, dishes, and a what I would assume are leftover consumables (food) that might help the next person that forgot their peanut butter, Pam Spray, salt and pepper, etc. The beds and bedrooms were roomy, homey, and very inviting. Water pressure was great, and the whole place was clean and spacious for two couples. My only complaint, is directed more towards the Condo association (I think). This Condo is below grade. Meaning from the parking area you go down one level. This is a woodsy area and obviously attracts bugs and spiders. But it appears no one sweeps the place and knocks down the webs that have significantly accumulated on and around the front door. The girls were a little hesitant, especially because the crickets and cricket carcasses were so plentiful."

  • Best Place to Stay in Wrigley

"This is a fantastic property and extremely close to Wrigley. With a group of 14 people coming from Atlanta for the Braves series in Wrigley we struggled to find any place that was affordable, accommodating and satisfactory for our group. The Shoreline Suite was all of the above. It was significantly less than getting several hotel rooms, had more than enough space for our group, offered amenities that a hotel room wouldn't come with and was more beautiful than a hotel would have been. The location is great for Wrigleyville but also a great location for the city in general. Very close proximity to the Redline and only a block away from a Divvy bike docking station. As a first timer to the Chicago area I couldn't have selected a better place to stay. I have nothing but great things to say about the suite and about Teri who was a great host. She made it very easy to get checked in and was flexible with our varied travel plans. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Chicago and as a true testament of whether a person enjoyed their stay we are already making return plans to stay here again next year."

  • Family gathering

"We had 4 families stay at this incredible house, more than enough space and room for multiple families. Great layout! We were able to play yard games, be outside, grill and of course spend some time in the hot tub. Perfect place to do a getaway with a group. Kitchen was nice and spacious so multiple people could be in there at one time helping out and cooking. The eagle ridge area was great, rented a boat one day, did the pool and clubhouse another. Only problem we had was not enough time, could have done at least 3 or so more days. Highly recommend this house if you are considering Galena area"
