  • Girls Weekend

"We couldn’t have chosen a nicer place to renew old friendships and make new ones. The colors were at their peak, and there couldn’t have been a nicer place to gather than outside on the deck. We never felt the chill as we spent time talking and looking out over the scenery or up at the brilliant stars in the sky. Simply beautiful…. This is definitely a weekend I’d love to do again. Thank you for all you did to extend yourself and make our weekend memorable."

  • Great place to stay, within walking distance to almost everything

"This condo is great place to stay. The complex is very quiet and secure. The roof top deck is great, and let's you see much of the city and the river below. The owner, Bill, has excellent communication. He will make sure you have everything you need, and give you some great places to dine while visiting. Hackney's is just a few blocks away and has delicious burgers. I give this place 5 stars because I had no complaints. It has everything you need, and was very affordable compared to other lodging in the South Loop area. Thanks Bill! We will definitely stay again : )"

  • Wonderful baseball getaway

"My husband, the boys and I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful home for a few days while catching some Yankees/Cubs baseball. The Roscoe Village location was so quaint and quiet with its tree-lined streets, not to mention the Brown line was conveniently close! We loved the restaurants for brunch that were just a block away. Kim was always accessible and very accommodating to our special requests during our stay. We especially enjoyed the experience of being together watching television or sitting on the spacious deck with no interruptions of a busy hotel. Comfortable beds plus an abundance of towels made for a homey and relaxing feel. The furniture and décor was exactly to our taste and the upscale kitchen is fantastic if planning to cook and congregate there. Most important to us, was a washer/dryer on-site to launder our clothes after getting soaked while walking back after a ballgame. I usually have good luck with VRBO and this fantastic experience will keep me coming back!"

  • Summer Road Trip 2014

"We really enjoyed the house on the river. We were surprised and delighted that the furnishings and amenities were many. We'd like to go again and next time would need to figure out how to have a boat; the many river craft that traveled by were enticing to say the least. The homeowners were very available for questions and very quick to check out any anticipated problems. Lots of stairs would not be good for some."
