  • Guys Reunion - perfect place for small groups

"I live nearby but my apartment is entirely too small to host 8 guys on a reunion weekend. We're all 30 somethings and rented this coach house over Labor Day weekend and it worked out great. Obviously the Paulina brown line stop is super close, there are also Divvy bikes and Zipcars right there too for transportation. The Whole Foods being next door is great for last minute or quick supply runs if needed. Plenty of local bars / restaurants within a very close walk. And the Southport Corridor bars are close too - about 2 long blocks away. The 2 bathrooms were very important for our 8 guys so that is a big improvement. When we booked it only had one, so I guess we're the lucky ones! We slept 8 pretty easily with the 4 beds, pullout couch, and a couple aerobeds. Only one minor complaint is that the 2 parking passes (if you drive to park and we had a friend that needed to) were expired so we couldn't even use them. Whole Foods parking attendant will let you park for $10 a night which was a pretty good deal though for Chicago. All in all, this place is good for almost any group looking for a little space and great value."

  • Fantastic house!

"We had an amazing stay at Hillcrest Farm in July 2014. The house was immaculate and well-appointed. The rooms were so nice and spacious. The gardens and yard were also beautiful, and my kids LOVED all of the space to run around (we come from a place with small yards). Jerry was so nice to work with, and we felt that we got an AMAZING value in this property! If you're staying in the area, I HIGHLY recommend this property!!!"
