  • First time Chicago visit

"We arrived after dark and the unit was all lit up for our arrival. We could tell in the dark that the neighborhood was family friendly. After dropping our bags off we headed out to eat. We walked two maybe three blocks to a very yummy Italian restaurant that took our party of 8 right in.Everything you need is in walking distance( the train , shops, restaurants, ATM,bars and even a church we walked too. We enjoyed the location very much,we were in Roscoe Village. I gotta say download uber( cabs) so fast better than the train. Our unit had 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms , kitchen, yard, living area. The unit isn't big but it was very comfortable for 8.Everything we needed was in the unit. The unit was updated with modern bathrooms and comfy beds with nice down comforters.I would recommend this to family and friends and since we only had limited time due to wedding events we are planning a trip back next year to sight see.Thank you Roscoe Village Staff for a very clean and welcoming stay!!!!"

  • Perfect accommodations

"This house was perfect for our needs. There were 9 people (3 kids and 6 adults) in our college reunion group and we had plenty of space to spread out. Loved the open concept of the kitchen and dining room. Allowed for wonderful opportunity to converse. Property owner, Yehuda, was a pleasure to work with. Excellent communication and accommodating. Highly recommend."

  • Love, love, love - Absolutely wonderful stay!!!

"This was a family girl's weekend - sisters and cousins. We were completely blown away with the view from the minute we stepped in. Just amazing! Beautiful sunrises, sunsets - watching a storm roll across the city. The weather didn't always cooperate for our stay so the living area with a warm fireplace was welcome. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. This is better than anyplace we have ever stayed for our weekends and we're already planning a trip back. Thank you so much!"

  • Beautiful property. Top-notch service.

"Very much enjoyed our stay at The Guesthouse. Well located. Beautiful finishes. Enjoyed having a dedicated garage to park in as well as a gas grill to fire up every night. Oh, and the steam shower! Best part of our stay was the service. Received very clear arrival instructions. We also arranged for Peapod grocery delivery, but didn't arrive on time to receive them. The staff received our groceries plus placed them in the unit for us. After a 6 hour drive with 3 kids, arriving to a fully stocked refrigerator was a small miracle...thank you! Would stay here again without hesitation!"
