"We had a wonderful time at your lake house. Plenty to do to keep busy and have fun. The lake was a great temperature so our 9 grandchildren had lots of fun swimming. We have lots of fishermen/women in our family and so the dock was almost always busy with someone fishing. The boat lift was great for our bass boat. The bikes were used to get to the ice cream shop and the free library. The deck was great for setting, visiting, watching the lake activity, roasting marsh mellows, feeding the kids, painting pictures of the lake, etc. We even got in on a concert by The Martins and Mark Lowry in Arnold's Park and a movie in the park sitting on the grass. Fun shopping in local stores. A great week for my husband and I, our three girls, two of their husbands and 9 children."

"I rented Mojo for an extended weekend for a multi-generational family gathering. We had folks in their 70's, 40's and teens. First, tips: Double check your GPS against a map before heading out (sediment basin threw my GPS off) and be advised there is a fair amount of gravel road on the way that was tricky after a rain. (Most of us had sport utility vehicles but my parents' Buick also did okay.) Also, Verizon users had full cell service while AT&T users had no service. (The wifi in the house worked very well.) Also, there is no fenced outdoor space, so it is out on leash to do business for dogs who will want to follow all those good woodsy smells and chase critters like deer and turkey. Finally, be aware that access to the lake from the house is via approximately 90 steps (interrupted by entertainment spaces and landings up top but the last set is a straight somewhat steep set), which was a challenge for the older members of the family and my geriatric dog. Now, raves: What a beautiful, peaceful place! The decor was charming and everything was very clean. All ages had plenty to do even when the weather did not cooperate. The kids played ping pong and pool, explored the grounds and enjoyed the swim platform in the lake. The older adults took day trips to nearby winery and towns. We watched movies together at night and folks sat around the fire pit after. And, we ate every meal on the large upper deck (the covered side when it rained), which was like eating in a tree house with a beautiful view. The deck was my favorite part of the house. The bedrooms were comfortable; though, the bedroom with the full bed is actually more like the laundry room with a bed in the corner (all the rest were spacious). Having large bathrooms on every floor was very helpful, as was having several entertainment spaces indoors and out. Steve, the owner, was very friendly and responsive by e-mail before and after the trip. I will be looking for reasons and opportunities to go back to Mojo."

"This property lived up to its description as advertised and then some. It was very comfortable for our extended family which ranged in age from 2 to 78. There were 7 of us most of the week and a couple of nights we totalled 8. We enjoyed the nearby city beach as well as the city park. We took advantage of the downtown shopping opportunities and also Thursdays on Main. I would highly recommend this condo to families. The condo was ready for occupancy as stated and we were out early on Saturday to give the cleaning service time to prepare for the next lucky renters."
