"Our FFA chapter thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Greystone for National FFA Convention. The house was very beautiful and accommodated our FFA students during our visit there was a lot of activities to be involved in and is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It was a good distance from Louisville but was not a bad drive to make. There are a good amount of stores and restaurants close by as well. Our group enjoyed the theater because we could all be together doing something to end our day."

Cozy mountain mornings by the fire, fun nights playing pool and ping pong
"Lake Cumberland is an area of hidden gems that is for sure and this house is one of them. Sitting on the bank of the river with a view of the mountainside this gorgeous family retreat provided us an amazing spring break get away with our family and friends. Lots of big cozy beds and bathrooms, fun family places and plenty of private places. The big deck and screen porch add even more space. Its a gorgeous drive down mountain roads to get to the property but so worth it when you get there. Hopefully you have at least one day with some rain while you are visiting because the beautiful pop up waterfalls that appeared on the mountain across the river were amazing."

"What can I say! We had such a great weekend. It's perfect if you need a place for a big family. There was plenty of room for eleven of us in the hill house! The 3rd room in the hill house has fans because the air doesn't quite make it cool enough, but it was very comfortable for the kids. It's a serene, peaceful it is perfect for family or couples. The college town is only about 10 minutes away. We went one night and had great pizza at a local place. Walmart was about 15 minutes away where we shopped for our groceries for the weekend. There is a General Dollar that is very close for anything you might have forgotten too. We spent a lot of time on the property, using the barn for a cook-out and the kids played with various outdoor toys. The boys walked to the pond and went fishing, ( it was a little farther than what we had expected ) but they said it was a great hike and the pond pictures are beautiful. The family provides, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, and lots of misc. items that are already in the home. The Escobar family were more than accommodating, and even gave us FRESH brown eggs from their chickens for breakfast. It was a wonderful weekend for our family and we left with lots of memories and had lots of laughs. We would highly recommend to stay here."
