"Perfect location - walking distance to morning pastry shop, stores and trolly that will take you to most places in Lexington. Charming home and very clean. The only thing my party wished for were larger and less squeaky beds. King and queen beds are preferable over queen and double."

"I can't say enough good. The owners, cleaner and manager are all such great people. We loved everything about the cottage. We were in the second floor which was our favorite. There are games, magazines, shade, beautiful view, deck and lots of windows and sliding doors. We didn't want to leave.
Well funny thing happened. We went to the next place we were to be staying. We hated it for so many reasons. We were upset and worried. I called these great ppl and they had us back. The owner herself cleaned it. They greeted us excitedly. They have outdoor games, hot tub, bikes and even fishing tackle to use. We were so happy and relieved to be back. The owner even invited us for an evening ride on the river in their pontoon boat. In saying this, they did not live right there, hover, interfere or bother at all. We loved it. Just to be aware the first floor doesn't have DVDs players or games, so plan for that. We have been numbed since we got back. Incredible fun and friendly people with a hidden gem we will be returning to."

"We had an amazing time during our week in the Lillie's Cub Cabin. Ken and Sheila were so welcoming and sent us information about the area prior to our stay. They recommended some local restaurants that were outstanding (Miguel's and Red River Rockhouse) and we found information in the cabin for more local events and activities. We especially enjoyed the Cable Trail Ride and climbing the Torrent Falls Via Ferrata. We had three teen daughters with us and they also loved the place! Even though it rained every day that we were there, we were comfortable in the cabin (and dry!). Fortunately, we had plenty of time to explore when it wasn't raining.
The cabin has beautiful workmanship throughout and has a full size, modern kitchen. We spent quite a bit of time on the front porch swing, even during the rain. Although we didn't have a cell signal for most of the week (which was actually kind of nice), we found that the wifi signal was excellent.
We would love to stay at the cabin should we vacation in the area again. Ken and Sheila were great hosts - thanks for having us!"
