  • Eddy Bay Lake House

"The highlite of our summer for the last 10 yrs.+ has been our annual stay in this homey, comfortable, exceptionally clean lake house. With one child and family living in Wi. And the other one living in Texas, this location is a great "meeting place" for both families. This house and location provides more than enough room and activities to keep our 6 granboys busy and HAPPY at all times.Even when offered other exciting locations for our "summer vacation"....well....the vote is ALWAYS 100% EDDY BAY LAKE HOUSE.... Oh... The family pets can come along also... As the family grows.. There are accommodations for extra people just steps away.. And...Jan and Craig, the owners are absolutely the very best...."

  • Clean, Comfortable and a Great Location

"I stayed here with 6 other attendees of the AQS quilt show in Paducah, KY. We immediately felt at home and had a great week. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and welcoming with just the right touches to make our stay a memorable one. The drive into Paducah wasn't bad at all and there were lots of restaurants to choose from on the way. If we had chosen to cook there was all the cooking supplies we would have needed in the kitchen. This would be a great place for a family reunion - lots of outdoor space and a great view. The owners were easy to work with and I would definitely consider staying there again."

  • Fit our needs to a tee.

"We had the house for 4 nights and loved the privacy afforded everyone, with the bedrooms spread out. The bed was comfortable. I liked that there were night lights where needed for safetyl. We had a big party on Saturday and the house accommodated it wonderfully. We will use Catfish Cove in the future when we have several family members visiting from out-of-state. We coincided with Barkley Lodge's annual Wild Game Night, which was great! My only suggestion to owners: If an advertised amenity is not working (ice-maker), you should let the renter know before arrival. It wasn't a big deal--ice is easy to get. But we had planned on it."

  • Weekend at the Lake

"Very nice time and place was what I expected. Some suggestions would be shades for window facing street in 2nd bedroom and some small tables placed around to hold personal items next to beds. The views were great and it was very relaxing and the complimentary coffee and supplies were great. Very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom towels and supplies. For small families or 2 couples a perfect setting. Thank you again for having us at your home."
