Updated condo in historic building
"We had six guys stay at the apartment for our annual fantasy football draft. We loved the building and location. It's right by Fourth Street Live and a manageable walk to Museum Row. The building is near a hotel, so it was really easy to get taxis for any longer trips.
The spiral staircase in the condo is a really neat feature, but groups with young children might want to avoid it. Other than that, the condo is amazing. Having the half bath and wet bar upstairs in addition to the two full ones downstairs is an especially nice feature. It really made the rooftop patio a great place to end the day.
The host was really helpful and responsive. Everything about renting the place, getting the keys and checking out went really smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a nice experience."

"Our family had a wonderful stay at this rental home and were greeted by a charming and very accommodating caretaker of the property. The house has a wonderful open layout and everyone enjoyed the beautiful setting. Having the pool was an exceptional feature. The house was very clean and many items were provided for our use. It is relatively close to the Louisville area and affords easy access to that city's tourist attractions.
Some Concerns: The home is filled with large mounted heads of animals in the living and dining room area, as well as many photographs displayed throughout the home of animals that had been killed during various hunts. This aspect made it uncomfortable for members of our family. Those mounted heads of large animals do not appear in the majority of pictures of the rental home. Also, the pool does not have an shallow area for young children and the circular open staircase in the middle of the living area could also be a consideration for the elderly, disabled and/or the very young."
