"This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and within 20 minutes to anywhere in Louisville you want to go to. It is minutes from a grocery store and great tapas restaurant, 20 minutes from Churchill Downs, 20 minutes from downtown where the Louisville Slugger Factory is, and 20 minutes from the airport. We had 10 adults in the house for a week of activities leading up and including the Kentucky Derby. The house was exactly as billed--clean and plenty roomy enough for everyone. Highly recommend!!"

"Our FFA chapter thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Greystone for National FFA Convention. The house was very beautiful and accommodated our FFA students during our visit there was a lot of activities to be involved in and is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It was a good distance from Louisville but was not a bad drive to make. There are a good amount of stores and restaurants close by as well. Our group enjoyed the theater because we could all be together doing something to end our day."

"This house worked out perfect for a family vacation that included parents, in-laws, and a toddler. The house has plenty of bedrooms and an amazing game room/lower level to relax and have fun in. The house also has a screened in patio area which was perfect for eating outside and watching the fireworks without having to worry about bugs. Definitely a house I would recommend!"

"We had a group of 6 guys stay at this rental to celebrate one member of our group getting married. This beautiful loft was more than spacious enough to accommodate our whole group- with the master bedroom, large couch, and then another bed and sleeper sofa in the upstairs. The bachelor had no idea that we planned this and he was very impressed. The host Holly was easy to communicate with and she made sure we had everything we needed before leaving us the keys. She was friendly and helpful throughout the process so check-in went smoothly, and the place was clean with fresh linens when we arrived. The rooftop patio is excellent and has plenty of chairs, and we spent one evening enjoying drinks and playing poker while the sun was setting over the city. My only concern was that the spiral staircase to get upstairs is a bit steep/narrow, but I only noticed this because I'm recovering from a knee injury. This was our first time in Louisville and we had a lot of fun since we could walk to nearly everything we needed from this location. A few attractions we enjoyed were the Thirsty Pedaler (walking distance) and ziplining in the caves at Mega Caverns (20 minute drive). I would definitely return."
