  • Wonder....Full!!!

"We took our 4 children here for a time to connect and spend quality time together and it was the perfect place to go for that. They thought of everything..beautiful dishware, the kitchen was well-equipped, the towels were as soft as could be, fireplace, movies, books, games, logs for the fire, spices, coffee filters. Every time my husband and I thought, "Oh no, we forgot the..." they already had if for us. That is why I mentioned the coffee filters! They DID have great spices to work with as we cooked the whole week. My favorite part was when my husband and I would get up before everyone else, brew our pot of coffee, and then go and sit out on the deck looking out over the lake. It was so quiet, so pretty. Then the birds would start to wake up and the clouds would touch the lake, it was wonderful. One day my husband took our 3 boys for a bike ride (great private paved roads to bike on) and my daughter and I had some time alone together on the deck. She laid in the hammock (yes, they have a hammock) and I sat in the rocking chair with some tea and we talked all about things going on in her life (she turned 15 while on this trip) school, friends, spiritual things, nature, how happy we were to be there, it was a special afternoon. I feel that we found a place when our little family needs some "alone" time "together" and without the big crazy world interfering. We will definitely come again!"

  • Piedmont Academy FFA

"Our FFA chapter thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Greystone for National FFA Convention. The house was very beautiful and accommodated our FFA students during our visit there was a lot of activities to be involved in and is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It was a good distance from Louisville but was not a bad drive to make. There are a good amount of stores and restaurants close by as well. Our group enjoyed the theater because we could all be together doing something to end our day."

  • Nice getaway!

"The house is secluded and peaceful. We had almost everything we needed already there. Other than a closed up smell when we arrived, it was close to perfect for what we were looking for. The road and driveway are a bit tricky when pulling a pontoon boat (narrow, winding, and no place to turn around till the end), but the truck driver in the family had no problem with it. Overall, it was a very pleasant vacation. We spent time boating and jet skiing out on the lake, cooking, and just resting. I wouldn't describe this as handicap accessible or toddler friendly, but it's great for older kids and people who are able to manage steps and walk up and down hill."
