"Love this well maintained 4 bedroom home purched nicely above the Little River arm of Lake Barkley. Great views of the water all around and birds galore. Plenty of room for our family of 8. All the modern conveniences and close to town in case the need arises. Close enough to Nashville for a day trip."

  • Nice getaway!

"The house is secluded and peaceful. We had almost everything we needed already there. Other than a closed up smell when we arrived, it was close to perfect for what we were looking for. The road and driveway are a bit tricky when pulling a pontoon boat (narrow, winding, and no place to turn around till the end), but the truck driver in the family had no problem with it. Overall, it was a very pleasant vacation. We spent time boating and jet skiing out on the lake, cooking, and just resting. I wouldn't describe this as handicap accessible or toddler friendly, but it's great for older kids and people who are able to manage steps and walk up and down hill."

  • A great find in horse country!

"From the moment we entered the former train station, we felt relaxed. This building is beautifully restored keeping much of the building's characteristics with modern conveniences. Though one might think Paris, KY is a little out of the way, we were able to explore from Louisville to Mammoth Cave to Lexington without any problem. This was a great base for a 6 day trip to Kentucky. If I were ever back in the area, I would definitely stay there again. The owners showed us the "sister" VRBO also in the same building. Equally beautiful."

  • Perfect for groomsmen!

"The cabin worked great for 6 groomsmen to stay together for a couple of nights. Very economical too in comparison with a motel. Perfect!"
