  • Montrose Home

"We had a family get together in Montrose for a wedding. The house was incredible, spotless, welcoming, just delightful. My interaction with the management company was A+++++ They were flexible, responsive and very nice. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome! I would highly recommend this home to anyone. ENJOY! Thank you so much for the wonderful house you provided"

  • Delightful stay in Sonoma

"This cottage was a perfect jump off point for visiting Sonoma and a few vineyards. It was clean, tidy, quiet and decorated nicely. We didn't have any interaction with the host, so I can't speak to her accessibility during our stay. The booking process was easy and quick with her prior to our arrival."

  • Location/Location/Location

"Just leaving here today after staying for the past 3 nights...generally don't review on VRBO but given this condo didn't have a review figure I'd throw one out there. Description is accurate, small 1 BR condo, was fine for just my wife and I from a size standpoint, but we have 3 crazy young sons and wouldn't have wanted to stay with them here. The kitchen and bathroom, both small, but serve their purpose...good size bedroom and the king size bed was very comfortable. Overall, if your looking for a great value in an A+ location (literally a 1 minute walk to the heart of Lionshead and transportation center), this is a good place to hang your hat. Vantage Point is not the sexiest project around (stairways smell like mold) but overall the condo we stayed in was very clean and functional. Overall I'd say for the value, we'd likely stay here again. Couple of inexpensive things could be done to upgrade this unit so it doesn't feel quite as dated: 1. The appliances worked, but could be upgraded. The mini-fridge seems to be on its last legs. 2. Even just buying cheap plastic adirondak chairs for the deck would make it more inviting than the white plastic ones that look like they will break if you sit on them 3. Just adding some color whether via some inexpensive art or something, could go a long way for not a lot of money."

  • Fantastic Family vacation!

"Beautiful home true to its photos and descriptions and perfect for our family of 3 adults and a teenager. Have visited Isla many times but never during the summer months and boy was it hot! The home had some ant and large bug issues in the dining room and on the patio and I am thinking it might have been due to the heat? The pool was very nice but had to fish out scorpion's every morning with a broken pool screen. Only saw the gentleman that cleaned the pool in the morning of our last day there. I am an avid gardener and it was a shame that the grounds and garden were not maintained better. The balcony, pool deck and roof top deck needed sweeping upon arrival. The inside of the home was clean and beds very comfortable! Loved the location and enjoyed the ride into town on the golf cart we rented for the week. Ran out of drinking water 2 days before we left. Considering the time of year more than (1) extra bottle of water would have been nice. Overall our stay was fantastic and even though I had to clean the outside and remove some unwanted guests (bugs) we would definitely rent again. Thank you Bill!"
