  • Nice Lake Getaway

"Two families rented this house for Memorial Day weekend. It was a nice place to stay, but not without some flaws. To start, the location was perfect. It's in a nice secluded cove away from the main lake traffic. The boat dock and lift were perfect! There was even a paddle boat which the kids and adults enjoyed. Moving on to the house, the basement was perfect for a group of 8 kids - a place for everyone to sleep comfortably and a place for them to hang out. Moving on to the upstairs, the kitchen is small and tricky to maneuver when preparing food for 12 people. The cabinets were very disorganized and the oven is very old and burned some of our food. We did most of our cooking on the grill, which worked great, but was under the deck. The main floor shower had no cold water, so the basement shower had to be shared. Thank goodness it was just a weekend trip! We had the kids "shower" in the lake - bar of soap and bottle of shampoo - works great! An outdoor shower would be a nice addition to this property."

  • Great Condo - Excellent Condition- Great Vacation

"Our family had one of its best vacations ever. Our stay in this condo was a big part of it. It was private, comfortable, and set in beautiful surroundings. The air was fresh and crisp and the smell of the quaking aspens was wonderful. The kitchen and eating area made it great for making meal time a real family social event."

  • Great Holiday Place for the family

"I stopped by to visit my family at this great house and was impressed by the size and comfortability for all of the guests. There was plenty of room to not crowd each other and the lake is a short walk down the hill. I hope to bring my family here next year to celebrate the holidays as it really felt like Xmas and being here even for a short time was special."

  • Everything is Great

"Mission Manor was a perfect location to go anywhere easily in San Francisco. You can enjoy walking around in Mission and Castro and easily reach to Downtown, Chinatown, Fisherman's warf and other part of the city through trains and buses. Those stations are so close to the apartment. Lots of restaturants, supermarkets, grocery stores are also nearby. The apartment is really beautifully decorated, clean, safe and spacious enough for two. The owner was very responsive and helpful for our entire stay. Her breakfast was really a great one. We hope to stay again someday."
