  • Perfect place for a stress free family vacation!

"My kids had a blast! The apartment is beautiful, very clean, very well maitained and has everything you need to just sit down and relax. It is beautifully decorated and the beds are sent from heaven. You can either use the Ritz hotel pool which is beautiful, or the residence pool which is a delight because it was mostly for ourselves, with all the hotel services. The location is perfect, you can walk to the cinema, great stores and restaurants. Maritza the house keeper welcomed us and explained in detail everything there was to know. She was very courteous. Thank you Janet for a lovely vacation, and we are looking forward for many more!"

  • Allison B.

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! The ocean view from the lanai was great! The kitchen was well stocked, and the starter supplies for the condo (dish soap, toilet paper, shampoo, etc) were more than enough for me and my husband. We really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella! These were so handy for the beach and allowed us to stay longer much more comfortably at the beach. The beach is just a short walk from the condo and even though the main road that you have to cross in Kihei is busy, cars stop for you when you cross at the crosswalk. The three beach parks are great beaches and there are several good restaurants within a short walk. It was such a relaxing stay for us we never even turned on the TV! Mahalo and we hope to stay again!"

  • When I'll back to NY, I'll try to be here again.

"Barry is a wonderful host and his apartment is perfect. Clean towels, real bed, nice kitchen and a good space. Everything that you need, Barry will help you. The communication with him is very easy. The apartment is near two subway stations, very good restaurants, Central Park, laundry, market, stores and in the neighborhood that I love: upper west. You can do everything by walking. When I'll back to NY, I'll try to be here again. Thanks Barry!"

  • This is it!

"We have come to Clearwater for many years. This location is like a dream! The condo has all you could need- just bring your toothbrush. The door is just a few steps to the pool and beach. It is close to shopping and restaurants. BUT, it is very private You feel that you own the beach! Shamsah is the perfect hostess, with such a bubbly personality, it's like she's a friend. If you are looking for paradise, this is it."

The southern parts of the lakeshore are well developed with the metropolis of Chicago being the main center. As you travel further north, the lakeshore is more remote and dotted by the occasional village or small town. The scenery is spectacular and the natural surroundings are a haven for outdoor and adventure activities. In the winter months, there are extensive trails for snowmobiling, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Ice fishing is another popular pastime. In the summer months, many people take to the lake to enjoy a variety of water sports. Boating, sailing and fishing are some of the most popular activities. Young kids can also enjoy waterskiing, wake boarding and tubing on the lake.
