"Simply the best location and by far the best views in Lakeside or all other condos in Whiteface Club. Truly a special place. We'll definitely book again in the future! Thanks!"

  • "Southern Charm"

"We had a wonderful stay at City Centre Inn. My family and I recently stayed at the City Centre Inn while in town for a wedding. We rented 3 of the 4 suites available (the Coastal, the Mod, and the Mary Scott suites). The location is PERFECT and in walking distance to everything (restaurants, shops and historic landmarks). When we arrived we were graciously greeted by the owners. The suites were tastefully updated, however still maintained the architecture and character of the "old south." The Coastal suite was very spacious and faced George Street, therefore allowing us to watch the horse and carriages ride by each day while sitting in the our own living area. The Bedroom in the Coastal was also very spacious boasting a King size bed with memory foam for a good night's sleep. The coastal has a small full size kitchen if needed, fully stocked with untensils and cookware. The coastal suite also had a side patio area fully furnished to sit outside at night and enjoy a nice cocktail or sweet tea! My aunt and her husband stayed in the Mary Scott suite which was on the third floor, entering through the front entrance. The Mary Scott was beautiful!! The furnishings in this suite were very old Charleston. The high bed was beautiful and the fireplace was very victorian. The Mary Scott suite and the piazza was lovely for a nice afternoon nap. My Mother stayed in the Mod suite....this suite was very modern and reminded me of NYC living. While modern, this suite has a brick wall in the bedroom that has been standing for over 100 years. The mix of old and new truly made this home unique. This home is very clean and in an area where walking everywhere is pleasant and safe. The Inn is very charming and whimsical. In addition, the owners were very welcoming and attentive to our needs (providing towels, coffee, parking etc.). Our family made an excellent choice by staying at City Centre Inn as we shared many happy memories together."

  • Incredibley Gracious Host

"I was in town to take care of a very delicate matter of my fathers health and made reservations literally on the plane from VA to San Diego. Darlene was an angel. Her responsiveness was incredible and before I even landed in San Diego, I had an answer and she was so accomodating to our situation. The stay was superb and despite the unusually high temps, Darlene had the fans going and the air moving before I even checked in with my Dad. He needed lots of rest, peace and quiet while we prepared him to travel to VA, and that's exactly what we encountered at the Bungalow. The kitchen was perfect and the setting was so relaxing for him - it put us all at ease as we prepared for a very major transition brining Dad back to VA with us. The home was awesome and the dogs next door were a gentle reminder of home and a wonderful add to the stay. The scent of orange and roses permeated the senses in the backyard which was wonderfully laid out. I loved the upper deck though we didn't get much time up there as Dad was confined to the first floor. Location was perfect as it was close to Scripps and the Market down the street was amazing. I would definitely stay at the Bungalow again. Thanks to the graciousness of Darlene, the visit was a bittersweet success as we had to say goodbye to CA probably for quite some time, but the memories we created at the Bungalow Cardiff bythe Sea are timeless. Thank you!"

  • Great Place!

"My son and I just returned from our week vacation in San Diego. Love Pacific Beach and this place is great! Everything you need in the studio. It was very clean and very well stocked when we arrived on Saturday. The owners were very good at communication from the time I booked the place in Feb and the day we arrived when we called about checking in a little early. The beach cruisers were the best! We puts lots of miles on them during the week. We tried to not drive the car at all if we went anywhere in PB. I don't have one bad thing to say about the entire experience with this home. It was a wonderful vacation!! Very happy and we will be back next year. Thank you for sharing your home."
