"This condo is great!!!!! Pictures are true to web pics.... The balconies are great..... Great views to Ursulines convent. We felt safe going all over and it was great to be so close to everything. Susan was easy to work with and she even paid our parking! After giving it a good review I hate to even mention this but the A/C didn't work. When we arrived thermostat read 83 deg we set them at 70 and went for dinner came back... Nothing! Luckily the ceiling fans worked great. Mentioned to the front desk about the A/C and they gave us a fan too use... I called this morning to the front desk and they said "oh we were waiting for a call we will come up and check it out" didn't come while we were there."

  • Amazing Week

"I came down with seven of my friends (4guys, 3 girls) for a Wednesday-Monday vacation. Let me first say that we are between the ages of 23-26 so staying directly on Bourbon St. was ideal for us because we knew we would take advantage of the nightlife New Orleans had to offer. While the house is far enough down the street you wont be directly into the action, you will still get some people walking by/being loud late into the night, so if you are looking for a peaceful quiet place, this might not be the perfect spot for you. As for our experience, it could not have been better. None of us have been to New Orleans before and we will definitely be back at some point. Annette was very nice to us and answered any question we asked her before/during/after the time we were there. We ourselves received a couple noise complaints and Annette simply sent us a text and asked us to turn it down a notch. The house is much more spacious then what the pictures show. Our group of 8 had more then enough room to sleep. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony people watching and taking in New Orleans. I wish there was more then 1 bathroom, but it really was never a problem. I highly recommend this property to any group who is going to want to enjoy the nightlife especially bourbon st. We also walked almost everywhere, the one cab we took was to get to the New Orleans Pelicans game. Thanks again Annette! We had a great time!"

  • perfect location

"No need for a car with this property! Walking distance to everything. This apartment has a washer and dryer too along with laundry soap, coffee pot and seasonings to cook with in the kitchen. We loved this property but there is a jazz club below and will play music until 3 am some nights. Bring earplugs! Otherwise the apartment is beautiful and perfect for anyone. The balcony view over frechman street is great. We even had a marching band come by! Celebrated my 40th birthday here and had a blast. We even found 40th birthday plates and hats left behind by someone else. A trip we will never forget!"

  • Love this place!

"Last month, myself and 5 of my thirty something gal pals decided we needed a get away and reserved this gem. From booking, to arrival instructions to even our departure the whole process was a breeze. Robin assisted us with all of the details and was overly accommodating. As for the house, not only was it clean and safe, but conveniently located so that we could walk to everything--Bourbon & Frenchman Streets, grocery, etc. The place offers a great deal of charm and features a nice outdoor space, both in the back garden and the front balcony. Rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to future visitors and will be booking there should we make it back to New Orleans again any time soon."
