"Four couples stayed for three nights to attend a family wedding in New Orleans. It provided private rooms for each couple. Only change we would have made was giving bedroom by kitchen to early risers instead of late sleepers. Not a problem with house just our planning. We used public transportation to get Around town. Went to French quarter, city park, Audubon park. Bought bus day pass for $3.00/day for unlimited use/day. Daily Bus pass can be used for streetcars And bus. We walked to grocery store for breakfast and lunch supplies. It worked out well for us. When using bus we did allowed extra time since traffic made a difference with buses being on time. Bus riders were helpful and very friendly. Loved the local culture. The owners were available for help via phone when we had two questions. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. We sat in back yard for wine late afternoon before heading out for evening. Each time we had a nice breeze. I would recommend this home."

"My family really enjoyed our stay in your home. Everything was wonderful, plenty of towels, plates, cups, etc. I highly recommend this house for vacationing in NOLA... Also the neighborhood is so quiet and cozy, and they even have a luxury alarm system....THANK YOU SO MUCH ..... GREAT PLACE"

"This is one amazing property!. We were a party of four women and were quite comfortable. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for everything we did. Pat, the owner, was very easy to deal with and Mike, the property mgr, was quite helpful. We walked everywhere. Definitely check out the clubs on Frenchmen St - you won't find better music! The shopping was great on Royal. Char-broiled oysters at ACME are a must. Café Soule was another terrific eatery. We will definitely be back!"

"My Husband and I stayed in the Carriage house on Royal Street during the last week of Mardi Gras. (Our first visit to NOLA). From the moment we arrived we knew we had made a fabulous choice. The location was perfection, walking distance to all the top galleries and fine dining, An easy walk to Cafe DuMonde and Jackson Square, and if you like, to Bourbon street. Even though we were only a block from Bourbon, it was quiet and felt safe. Its easy to get a pedi cab to the parades if you need one. The carriage house is small, but comfy, the big bed was filled with pillows to sink in and sleep like a baby after a day of exploring. Tiny kitchen was perfect for making morning coffee and late night snacks. Bathroom is tiny but has everything you need. You must love old houses and expect this vibe here,This isnt a cookie cutter hotel experience. The courtyard was beautiful filled with flowers and fruit trees. if you want to absorb the French Quarter atmosphere and true Southern Hospitality look no further, The owners were fabulous and invited us up to the main house to toss beads from the Gallery and have a cocktail. The Main house is amazing and filled with beautiful art and details. We hope to come back with our adult sons and rent the main house in the future. The big house second story would be a Honeymooners dream, large canopy bed and fabulous decor. We cant wait to come back!!!!"
