  • “The Dryades Suite” in New Orleans

"We had 4 couples staying (a group that goes every year together) and rented both the house and the suite. Planning a weekend for 8 people is like herding cats and the owners where very nice and very patient as they answered all the questions we had. We had a great time in New Orleans and a large part of a "great time" is not having issues with the accommodations and we had absolutely no problems. The suite was a combination of old New Orleans architecture with modern comforts. The beds where very comfortable including the sofa bed. They where air mattress equipped and felt much like a regular bed. The suite had a mini bar sink and small fridge so bringing home leftovers was no problem and heating them in the toaster oven was simple and easy. Neighborhood was quiet and an awesome steak house was just across the street. The trolley lines where under construction on St. Charles but even that was only a minor inconvenience. We purchased a 3 day RTA pass and rode all over New Orleans in the very clean and very friendly public transportation. If you have a large group, I reccomend renting both the house and the suite or if you just want a quiet get away with the significant other, the suite was perfect. We will certainly be looking at this house again for our trip next year and you should as well!!!"

  • Down on Dauphine

"Brad's condo is a New Orleans experience with its historic building, beautiful french doors, shutters, balcony and courtyard. It is exquisitely decorated and Brad's attention to detail and southern hospitality are a real treat. Down on Dauphine is quiet and yet only a block from Bourbon St, a few blocks from the Mississippi River, Jackson Square, the Louisiana State Museum, Faulkner's House, Tennessee Williams House, Louis Armstrong Park, restaurants, music and everything else in the French Quarter. It is perfect for 2 people as long as you can climb a spiral staircase. We never stopped smiling."

  • Scott delivers what he advertises!

"My family ( myself, age 49, my 75 year old mother, her 66 yr old girlfriend, and my 52 yr.old husband who dropped in for a few days) had the pleasure of staying in Dr. Scott's home from 10/28-11/4 2014. The home was as advertised, was in impeccable condition, and what a great house. We all had room to spread out, and it was unbelievably convenient to EVERYTHING. We stayed here as I wanted to be in a home neighborhood vs The Quarters. (not that there's anything wrong with that)The restaurants uptown are not to be believed. So good. The house is wonderful, when I travel I always rent villas and will not stay in hotels. This house was the bomb. The jetted tub was alot of fun! and romantic by candlelight. The main bedroom does indeed cover the whole upstairs. Obviously, if you have traveled, you know that quirks arise anywhere, but that was very minimal in our experience. A light or two out does not negate the wonderful experience, and I am so happy that we booked this particular residence. I would stay here again in a hearbeat, if he'd have us. The pics and video are true to life, but don't do the home justice. Magazine street is RIGHT at your fingertips! NO itself is wonderful.....my best tip would be the street fair at Freret Market..once a month Sat. got all my souvenirs there. We ate at La Petite Grocery, Commanders Palace, Upperline (Joanne rocks), Atchafalaya, Revolution, , Mr. B's, Coquette, The Italian Barrel, Antoinnes, Irenes, Louisiana Bistro "FEED ME" I did not have a bad meal in NO, period. I highly rec all. Overall? GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Thank you, Scott!"

  • Personal Touch in Tough Time

"Our family returned to the area from overseas following the unexpected death of my father in law. The property was perfect for our stay and more importantly Warren helped us navigate the area. When we needed additional accommodations on short notice for family traveling for the funeral, Warren personally helped us research and arrange a house nearby. We will definitely stay in the Treehouse again."
