"This condo is right on the edge of the French Quarter and near Frenchman St. It was super clean and just what we expected and needed. It is the size of a large hotel room with a small kitchen off of it. The kitchen was complete, but if you're planning to do a lot of cooking in (and who would in New Orleans?) then this might not be the best option. We ate out at the fabulous restaurants around the city, so it wasn't a problem for us. The bed was comfortable, and we were grateful for the wifi. There is a TV, but we didn't turn it on.
The provided parking pass was a great perk. We did, however, have a very difficult time parking after we'd driven to restaurants two of the nights we were there. I don't know if it was unusual or not, but it took us an hour of circling to find a spot. Of course, it didn't help that we were in a large truck.
Overall, it was a very good experience, and we felt at home."

"We were looking for a three bedroom home to rent near the quarter for my birthday and not many looked as nice as this one online. I was even more surprised by seeing the home in person! Beautiful, spacious and has all the charm of NOLA! We were able to walk to everything and Robin was so helpful and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again. Our favorite room ended up being the room with the yellow wicker furniture-comfortable low key spot to have drinks and chat. The porch added to relaxing evenings waving at people walking by. My only FYI is that there is only one standing shower in the house. The master room has a jetted tub with a shower handle and two of our group were fine using that, but the preferred standing shower downstairs was shared by four. The house had everything we needed and was easy to walk to from everywhere! Thanks Robin!!"

"A group of 12 adults stayed in this house for a combined Bachelor/Bachelorette party. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. House was great, however seemed to be filled with clutter in a lot of the closets and drawers. One of the closets was open in the Master Bedroom and was filled to the brim with random items. The owner, Deborah (who was very nice), stated the door should have been locked. The garage was packed full with stuff as well and the front of the garage door was buckled from this. Kitchen was great, patio and front porch were wonderful as well for enjoying some nice adult beverages at night or coffee in the morning. Plenty of near by bars and restaurants... Cab rides from the house to corner of Canal/Bourbon Street were around $22 one way, for a large group, not bad at all! Neighborhood seemed to be in a safe area, a lot of cool houses. We would definitely come back to stay in this house again... Good price for what it offers even with being a little further away from the French Quarter! Deborah and Ray were always returning texts/emails/phone calls with any questions. Great for large group!"

"We highly recommend this place! We stayed for 2 months and would easily come back to this rental in the future. The owners are friendly, accommodating and responsible. The place itself is clean, fully furnished and is in the best location in New Orleans, which gave us a stunningly beautiful Garden District living experience. Thank you to the owners who made our trip such an enjoyable one!"
