"We stayed in this gorgeous town home this past weekend and absolutely fell in love with it! The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. The location was an absolute plus! Walk right out of the door and within 5 minutes or so, you are on Bourbon Street or Canal Street. We parked the cars elsewhere and walked everywhere. The owner is great to work with and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of his renters. We definitely will book this place again when in this area. Great Place!"

"The space comfortably housed a 12 person bachelor party with enough bed, lounge, bathroom, entertainment and outdoor space. Don't let the description fool you, the apartment is very large with an enormous recreation room at the back, living room at the front, spacious kitchen with 8 person table and the patio which had a great (and necessary) sun cover that allowed our entire group to sit outside in all weather. Easy access via Uber or roughly a mile walk to the French Quarter, and a nice, very easy walk over to Cafe Du Monde and the outdoor market area.
Michael was incredibly helpful and worked with our group to make sure everything was up to par. He followed up with us during the booking process, a few days prior to arrival, the day of arrival to make sure that everything was in perfect working order and on check-out day. His recommendations are great.
Mardi Gras next door is a solid 24 hour spot should you need extra supplies or pizza. Definitely a good idea to work with Robert Fresh Market - Uptown to get your initial groceries delivered the day of arrival and take it from there."

"Myself and several friends rented both units of this condo. The pros: free parking, streetcar stop is 1 block away, balcony unit, functional kitchens, and the A/C works well. For the streetcar, make sure to get a day pass (I think it was $3 for a day compared to $1.75 for a ride?). The cons: If you arrive later than the street car runs, you have a bit of a walk back from the quarter, the water pressure was weak, and the downstairs toilet was very cheap and would not flush unless it was done manually (you remove the top, lift the chain, etc.). It was a minor annoyance, but restroom facilities is not something that people want to be concerned about while they are on vacation. That being stated, for our mid-sized group (6-7 of us), it was a great place to stay. For a romantic weekend, I would probably stay closer to the quarter, but for this group of friends, it was a great place to stay, cook, and relax, and we would definitely return to this condo for our next group visit to New Orleans."

"We have family in New Orleans and needed a rental for extra guests attending Tulane's commencement events. We have discovered a real gem that is a perfect location for any event near City Park - especially Jazz Fest! If you are familiar to the city, it was a short taxi ride up Esplanade Ave. to the French Quarter and easy drive Uptown using Carrollton Ave. This is a large duplex to only have 2 bedrooms and there is plenty of room for guests who don't mind sleeping on the couch or air mattress. With a fenced backyard and park location, I wish the owners would consider allowing small pets! We cannot wait to return and take advantage of the bayou location and the canoe!"
