"My wife describes this condo as the best of both worlds. It's wonderfully private but close enough to see the sites of NOLA including several shopping malls. The security is a PLUS with a secure gate & separate code to get into the lobby. There are some great places to eat close by- Deanie's is our favorite spot for seafood. If you are into exercise, there is a bike trail/walking track across the street around the lake. The covered, secure parking is great since your car isn't insufferably hot when you want to go out. We would definitely stay here again. Joe is accommodating in helping you. You'll be glad you chose his condo.
We were here to celebrate our 40th anniversary. It was special."

"Rather than sharing a room at the Marriott or Sheraton on Canal, my bridge partner and I decided to have separate rooms and baths at this apartment. The accomodations were nice, clean and well appointed. The owners were wonderful to work with. I felt safe taking my run/walk before dawn in this neighborhood, then heading over to the coffee house located very near the apartment. It was less expensive to park the car and take cabs to and from the tournament than pay the going rate for parking at the hotels.
I would recommend this property to anyone and look forward to returning there myself."

"My husband and I (along with our small dog) stayed at this wonderful property for a week in June and it was paradise for us! We try to visit New Orleans a few times a year and, as with all our getaways, we attempt to live like locals. This property was exactly what we wanted - clean, quaint and comfortable. The location is off the beaten path of touristy and chaotic Bourbon Street but close enough walk (5 minutes or less) for those who want to spend their time in that scene. Kyo was kind and super helpful before we arrived and while we were there. We're from Chicago so street parking wasn't an issue for us but may be a challenge for anyone not used to parallel parking in tight spaces and keeping track of the street cleaning schedule. Also, having our own private balcony facing the courtyard was a wonderful place to relax during the hottest part of the day. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit!"

"My husband and I just left this place and we already want to go back. The house is so private but still very close to everything we love about New Orleans (French quarter, Moo Yah Burger, and Cafe Du Monde). The kitchen made it so we never had to leave and we only left once. The bakery on the corner has amazing food (shrimp omelette and homemade biscuits).....it is a must try. We wanted to try Frenchmen street but never got around to it because we loved the house. We searched the Internet for days trying to find a secluded getaway in Louisiana and stumbled across this place....I am so happy we did. It was three days of complete relaxation secluded from the rest of the world! I can not wait to back! Book it today.....you will not regret it!!!!"
