  • Location Location Location

"My wife and I stayed here for our 10th anniversary and couldn't have been happier. The house was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We parked our car about a block and a half away in a pay lot because we were iffy on the street parking because it seemed you needed a permit to park on the street. Will definitely be staying here again."

  • Bright, Artistic Jewel of an Apartment that feels like a Home!

"I have always wanted to visit NOLA during the Halloween season, so we started saving a year ago. I was so careful in choosing a place to stay because I wanted to really feel the New Orleans spirit. I was SO lucky to have found this rental apartment! This vacation rental, felt like a home, and one we were so comfortable in from the first moment. I stayed with my Mom, in the artsy, eclectic Irish channel area, just off of Magazine Street, and in this rental, felt as safe and welcome as if we were visiting family. The owners were very kind and attentive, answered all questions, and helped us find our way around as soon as we arrived, then told us call if we had questions. They were GREAT. The apartment is stocked with EVERYTHING you could need to just drop your bags and go, lots of towels, pillows, blankets, hair dryer and hair styling tools, Iron and Board, toiletries, like toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, mouthwash... and the Kitchen? Croissants, coffee and drinks waiting for you. You could actually cook a meal there... plenty of dishes, pans and small kitchen appliances. There is Wireless, TV, Netflix, cable, and even board games for your entertainment. I couldn't think of a single thing you could need that wasn't anticipated. Visually, the apartment is STUNNING, with floor to ceiling windows circled by twinkling lights opening onto a balcony... White Walls and Floors perfectly offset the colorful art all over the walls in the HUGE Living/Dining room area with comfy, sink-into furniture to relax in. You could entertain here so easily. The Bathroom is huge, light filled and charmingly decorated. The Bed is so comfy, the Bedroom is spacious and cozy with a real New Orleans feel. The neighborhood is amazing, with more to see than we could cram into our week... so many funky artisan shops and cafe's to explore.. a real walkers paradise! Magazine Street is a block away with a great #11 bus running up and down Magazine from the Audubon park to the Canal street district, which is the edge of the French quarter... You have to try District Donuts and Sliders, C.C.'s Coffee, Slim Goodies Diner (amazing waffles and cheesy grits!) and Charcoals Gourmet Burgers, Joey K's, and Willie Mays Garden District Location for great lunch and dinner menus. We really cant say enough good things about this rental... the only word that sums it up fully would be... PERFECT. Thank you Alanda and Bob for a stay we will never forget!"

  • Fantastic location and unique features

"Let me first say that Glenn was absolutely a treat and if you need any information about the area or surrounding areas, he's got you covered. He's incredibly personable and my entire family really enjoyed visiting with him before we went off on our New Orleans weekend. The property is located absolutely perfectly for anything you want to do in Marigny/French Quarter. We were able to walk less then 1 mile to anything and everything we wanted and the added HUGE plus is PRIVATE PARKING. I can't highlight this enough, but having no stress about where to park when trying to get around the center of all the action was absolutely invaluable. We always knew we had a place to park and we always knew it was safe and out of site. We didn't spend a lot of time indoors, but the house is incredibly spacious and met our needs for the weekend!"
