  • Fun

"This house is in a great location with bars and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Having the Breaux Mart across the street was also very nice. You are very close to the FQ and St. Charles avenue and getting in and out of this area was easy. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Thanks Sid!"

  • Couldn't have been any better....

"My girlfriends and I took an Over-Forty-and-Fabulous weekend getaway to NOLA and this condo was our home away from home. Superb location, excellent amenities and wonderful people to work with. The other residence in the condo were great and the Trolley stop is right across the street at the Convention Center. Our first night we even crashed a private garden party across the street (we thought it was a bar), they welcomed us in an treated us like family! Our stay couldn't have been any better and I well definitely make this my new home in NOLA regardless of who I'm traveling with."

  • A little bit of heaven

"While I could certainly reaffirm the many positive comments of folks who have stayed here before us – location, amenities, comfort, etc. – I’ll go into a few of the things I enjoyed most. As background info, this was a spring break jaunt for me, my husband and 18 year old daughter, and the condo was big enough for all (but small enough to be adorable by my standards!) You know how sometimes you can tell what kind of day you’re going to have the minute you step into the shower? Well let me tell you that a day here begins with lots of hot water, a pulsating shower head, and fluffy soft towels. Coffee is brewing, cool air is coming through the doors all along the balcony, and the sound of birds in the area welcomes you to the day. Heading out for the days adventure, you can turn down Bourbon Street at the corner or continue down Esplanade and meet up with the Riverfront Trolley at the end of the street. Stop off at the French Market first, and catch a Mexican lunch at El Gato Negro right across the street from the big tents. Further into the French Quarter is Café du Monde – that’s a tradition worth going off your no-sugar diet for, and be sure to keep your ears peeled for Wael Elhalaby, a street musician playing beautiful violin music around the French Quarter. Lots to do and see, and while resting up between sightseeing and dining, I most enjoyed plopping in the cool enclosed courtyard of the condo, with a book in hand – you can’t get that kind of serenity in a hotel. At the end of the day you’ll begin to smell the delicious scent of burgers wafting from the Port of Call, directly across the street from the condo. You won’t be able to resist the siren’s call of that meal, and even if you find that you have to wait a bit, it’s well worth it. Rolling contently back across the street, a comfy bed awaits. After a good night’s sleep, it’s back to the shower and another memorable day. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Emir again should my travels take me to New Orleans. Enjoy!"

  • Funky and cool place to stay in NOLA!

"We booked Sully's sanitarium for this Labor Day weekend. We were a bunch of 5 friends visiting New Orleans for the first time. This place was perfect - Huge house, lots of space, high ceilings, bohemian art pieces all over the house, lovely porch and a well equipped kitchen and best of all the bikes! 2 of our friends loved biking around the neighborhood. We didnt meet the owner but he had kept everything ready for our arrival and the instructions were quite clear and detailed. Its a quiet neighborhood with beautiful colorful houses lining the street. It's 5 min cab ride away from Frenchmen Street and French Quarters and you can walk/bike as well. The owner had thought of everything we would need and had even provided a laptop which was really thoughtful. We had a wonderful stay here and we will definitely come back to Sully's and NOLA next time!"
