  • Fantastic condo - felt like home!

"We love this Condo. The location is superb! It's close to everything, but yet quiet. I loved waking up and stepped out on the balcony with a cup of coffee, and listened to a local street musician here and there. The Condo has all the amenities that we needed, and it was clean. The rooms are very good size, with big closets. There are 1.5 bathrooms. You will be surprised to know that many local restaurants delivered food if you are not in the mood to go out, but we did this very few times. You can walk to many restaurants, or drive/taxi (short rides 5 to 15 mins max). The french market and the river are super close. There is also a few convenient store at walking distance. Our hostess was very kind, and we had great communication with her. The directions and instructions to enter the unit were really cleared. We felt like home at this place. Definitely recommend this place for your stay in New Orleans!!!"

  • Awesome Condo & Walkable to everything in the French Quarter - Highly Recommended!!!

"My wife and I visited New Orleans for the first time this past November and stayed in this condo which exceeded our expectations. It is a cute 3rd floor condo that is located a block and a half from Bourbon Street. It is set up like a studio apartment with a small kitchen (including stove, sink, microwave, and small fridge/freezer), small bathroom with shower, sitting area, and a very comfortable bed. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 people on vacation. It is a steal at the rate they are offering - you could stay at the Royal Sonesta or Four Points Hotel which are close by but easily more than double the price. The condo is on a very quiet, safe, residential street. Condo is close to many great restaurants and attractions and everything is within walking distance so there’s no need for a car! By far, the best part of the rental was dealing with the owners. They are very easy to get in touch with and answered all my silly questions always within a few hours. They send you a little guide to the condo and the French Quarter before your arrival which is helpful. The owners were also very accommodating, allowing us to place our luggage in the condo early. They ship you the keys a couple weeks before your stay along with some information. Payment for the condo is done via Paypal which allows easy refund of the security deposit after sending the keys back. The owners also recommended a taxi service (Baby Ruth) which was excellent - timely and reliable. Fare from the airport for 2 people was $33 (not including tip). I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the French Quarter – they owners are excellent to deal with and the condo’s location, convenience and amenities can’t be beat! Thanks for a great experience - I will definitely stay here again when we come back!"

  • Peaceful

"Rented this beautiful apartment for Voodoo Fest. The place was situated close to the Quarter but far enough to avoid the noise. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were very tasteful. Paul the owner suggested places to see and was very polite and helpful. Only drawback was no shower but after exploring all day I discovered that a bath is just what I needed. Would rent again."

  • Historical highlight

"Staying in this neighborhood just outside the French Quarter was fabulous. The neighborhood was charming and quiet with plenty of street parking. The home itself, was a real treat- very comfortable with a mix of historic..loved all the antiques, 2 fireplaces and period furnishings -- and New Orleans art culture. Plenty of great places to eat within walking distance or make use of a great kitchen in the home. We are coming back!"
