"We just took our family of 5 on a short trip to New Orleans and this house fit all of our needs perfectly. Dina gave us all the information we would need for getting around and accessing food, transportation and the French Quarter. She was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was exactly as advertised and my family loved staying there!"

"This condo is right on the edge of the French Quarter and near Frenchman St. It was super clean and just what we expected and needed. It is the size of a large hotel room with a small kitchen off of it. The kitchen was complete, but if you're planning to do a lot of cooking in (and who would in New Orleans?) then this might not be the best option. We ate out at the fabulous restaurants around the city, so it wasn't a problem for us. The bed was comfortable, and we were grateful for the wifi. There is a TV, but we didn't turn it on.
The provided parking pass was a great perk. We did, however, have a very difficult time parking after we'd driven to restaurants two of the nights we were there. I don't know if it was unusual or not, but it took us an hour of circling to find a spot. Of course, it didn't help that we were in a large truck.
Overall, it was a very good experience, and we felt at home."

"First and foremost, this place is the most ideal location if this is your first time in New Orleans (as it was mine and the rest of my traveling buddies). Food, the Casino, Bourbon Street, shopping, literally everything is within walking distance.
I traveled with 9 other guys to stay for the weekend. I wish I could have taken a picture of everyone's face when they first walked in to the penthouse. It was absolutely beautiful. The rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, pool/bbq area, sitting areas, literally everything was so clean and organized. The floors were spotless, the refrigerator was clean, the bathrooms were immaculate. I cannot stress enough how clean and accommodating the entire place was.
Honestly, the bed I slept in was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life. I have a wonderful bed at home, so it was tough to come home to after I slept there over the weekend.
The owners who I was in constant contact with during the whole process were more than helpful. Very diligent with phone calls, emails etc... I was not the first one to arrive, but the person who got there first met with the owner Earl, who showed him around the place and how everything worked and gave him the keys. There is not interference whatsoever.
There was also stocked cabinets with everything you need to make food in the kitchen, as well as a dishwasher, which was so nice to have.
I cannot say enough good things about this and I was so happy that it was everything I expected and more. This can be utilized for a family stay to bachelor/bachelorette parties.
My stay was the best experience ever and I honestly cannot wait to go back. If I could I would rate this 100 stars. Once again, thank you Earl and John for making me and my friends first experience in New Orleans a great one!"
