Perfect - Absolutely loved it!!!!
"A friend and I had never been to NOLA and I am so glad we came across this amazing property...It was absolutely perfect! It was great being in the heart of everything but yet having a peaceful, safe, and beautiful place to stay. We liked to go sightseeing and shopping in the mornings and then back to the condo in the afternoons for some relaxing pool and courtyard time. After lounging around for an hour or two, it was off to dinner and Bourbon Street feeling totally refreshed...A pool is a must during a New Orleans summer. The inside of the unit was really unique and comfy. It was also very clean and everything worked great. The only issue we had on the trip was my friend losing the condo keys and Carol was great about bringing a new set immediately after I called her and making us feel better about the incident. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality Carol! We got back to Orlando On August 2nd, and the deposit check arrived shortly thereafter...Very fast! I definitely will stay at the Divine Ursulines next time I'm in New Orleans and will recommend it to any friends planning trips to NOLA as well...great place and great management!"

"We were looking for a three bedroom home to rent near the quarter for my birthday and not many looked as nice as this one online. I was even more surprised by seeing the home in person! Beautiful, spacious and has all the charm of NOLA! We were able to walk to everything and Robin was so helpful and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again. Our favorite room ended up being the room with the yellow wicker furniture-comfortable low key spot to have drinks and chat. The porch added to relaxing evenings waving at people walking by. My only FYI is that there is only one standing shower in the house. The master room has a jetted tub with a shower handle and two of our group were fine using that, but the preferred standing shower downstairs was shared by four. The house had everything we needed and was easy to walk to from everywhere! Thanks Robin!!"

"Thank you for renting your French Quarter home to us for seven nights, March 24-31. In a very short time it felt like our home, too. We found it to be very well situated for us to walk to most of the events of the Tennessee Williams Literary Festival. We did take a taxi to the Ogden Museum for a viewing of Tennessee's paintings, dinner by John Besh, and concert by Allen Toussaint. And, we took a taxi to the Ashe Power House Theatre to see "Suddenly Last Summer" -- the other events were held at historically interesting architectural venues in the French Quarter, and we walked to all of them. We always felt safe, even walking home quite late one night from Frenchmen Street.
Since we are two retired women used to living in our separate large homes for so many years, it was great to have the privacy of the two bedrooms at either end of the house and for each of us to have our own bathroom. And, it was quieter than we expected, only street noise from the revelers one night, and it wasn't too bad at all. We appreciated the option of relaxing in the den and the private courtyard.
And, I'm so glad that you had a coffee grinder as I brought my own favorite coffee beans. In fact, it took some looking at times, but we found just about every practical thing we needed -- except for a step-stool. I'm only 5' tall, and I could not reach the top of the doors for the latches or any of the kitchen shelves except the lowest ones -- but after our return you notified me that you believe that there is one to the right of the fridge.
Thanks again for everything, Mary Anne, and since I love coming to NOLA I would like to think I could rent "our" home again . . . This was my first experience of using VRBO, and it was worry-free with all agreement terms dealt with in a timely manner."

"We just returned from 4 nights @ this property. It was large, nicely furnished, and very clean. There were just 2 of us, but 4 could easily stay, as there is a sleep sofa. We didn't use the kitchen (couldn't resist the N.O. restaurants!) but we could have; it is fully-equipped. The agent was very helpful. As she said, "There are many fun things to do in New Orleans, but driving isn't one of them!" So we were happy to leave the car in the locked, on-site parking area and walk to everything in the French Quarter, just blocks away. But the few times we wanted a cab, we caught one right outside the house in a couple of minutes. The best part: we were delighted to find pet-friendly accommodations. All in all, we heartily recommend this property!"
