Honeymoon in NOLA
"This was our 7th trip to New Orleans. Each time we have stayed in different areas to experience the different neoghborhoods. This was, by far, our favorite! Easily accessible to bars, great restaurants, shops and the St. Charles streetcar. Alanda and her husband were a pleasure to work with and they stocked the apartment very well! I highly recommend their property and this area of New Orleans! Can't wait to be back!"

"Many times, pictures in VRBO are misleading. In this instance, the photos do not do this property justice. This was a grand, gorgeous home! Located steps from Magazine Street and a few blocks from St. Charles and the trolleys, it's just a short ride into the French Quarter. It was the perfect base of operations. Best of all was the service. Michael, with his rental agreement, gave us handy references from everything from transportation to tourist spots to shopping and restaurants. So friendly and helpful. When I come back, I'm staying right here!"

"We highly recommend this place! We stayed for 2 months and would easily come back to this rental in the future. The owners are friendly, accommodating and responsible. The place itself is clean, fully furnished and is in the best location in New Orleans, which gave us a stunningly beautiful Garden District living experience. Thank you to the owners who made our trip such an enjoyable one!"

"This house has some definite pluses- mainly it's location & size. My husband and I stayed with my in-laws and the bedrooms were roomy, beds comfortable and having two full baths was wonderfully convenient. The small outdoor sitting area was nice to have morning coffee. The living room area has ample comfortable seating for plenty of people. This house is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, bus stop, etc. The location doesn't get much better than this. The house itself was a bit shabby. The bathroom vanities and faucets are new, but we had some issues with water pressure and lack of hot water in the showers, even though we hadn't showered around the same time. It wasn't an issue for us because it's New Orleans and we hadn't planned on doing any cooking in the house; however, if that's something you plan to do, you won't get much inspiration from this dated kitchen, which was functional at best. Some wine glasses would have been nice to have as well (we found one). There were some small roaches in the kitchens and baths. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. It was economical and convenient, but we were a bit disappointed in the condition of the house."
