"My parter and I stayed at this property for 4 nights and our only complaint is that we stayed longer . The location was perfect and the condo was just so cool :) it was decorated great and by staying here I feel we got a real New Orleans experience. Our host was always a phone call away and he provided us with everyrhing we could think of . Thank you Brad !! We fell in love with the community, music, art, food and the people . New Orleans was a raw experience for is and we are grateful ."

"Very happy with this house! Beautiful historic shotgun on nice block. Very comfortable beds, living room, with nice small patio. The only suggestion is that a couple more chairs be added to the front porch, which was the natural place to hang."

"My wife and I stayed at the cottage for 10 wonderful nights. The location, comfort and convenience were perfect for us. We began planning our next stay before this vacation was over. Carmen responds quickly to inquiries and makes the renting process easy. George, management, gave us a nice overview of the area (places to eat and things to do). I brought earplugs but never used them. The first night we were awakened by a Second Line band playing on the corner and people dancing. I watched the entertainment from the bedroom window for a few minutes and went back to bed - falling back to sleep without any problems. The beds are VERY comfortable. I have a very bad back (herniated disks) so I know when a mattress isn't good. If you have a car, be careful about parking on the residential streets for longer than two hours. There is a parking lot nearby that you can use (ask George about it's location). It's cheaper than a ticket (found this out after parking on the street for a week without incident - must have been the holiday weekend). A car isn't needed unless you're going to explore outside of New Orleans (which we did/plantations and swamp tour...Trolley and buses are easy and inexpensive way to travel). We took advantage of public transportation when places were too far to walk in NOLA (Superdome and Convention Center). DON'T HESITATE; RESERVE YOUR DATES. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!"

"This apartment is just as it appears on the photos. My siblings and I were in New Orleans on vacation; we loved this apartment. Lots of room...2 bedrooms and 2 sofas; the sofa bed was used. We spent five nights in our home away from home so the washer & dryer came in VERY handy. There is wi-fi and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. Thankfully, the apartment has wine glasses and a bottle opener because I brought several bottles of wine with me from California. ;-)
Mr. Landry was very responsive when I contacted him. He has also provided a journal for guests to share their experiences. We left our recommendations for future guests.
This apartment is a 15 minute walk from the French Quarter but it is also is close to some great local establishments: St Roch Market (delicious oysters and Bloody Mary's), Melba's Old School Po Boys, The Joint, a local food co-op, a coffee shop a block away. I can't remember the name...sorry! The coffee is good, though. :-) There are plenty of after-hours clubs to accommodate your musical tastes, again, right there in this neighborhood.
I highly recommend Let's Just Ride for round trip airport shuttle service and transportation to the Whitney Plantation Museum in Wallace. The Whitney is an hour away so save your Uber bucks for late night rides from the Quarter when you don't want to walk back to the apartment.
I would definitely stay here again.
