  • NOLA Trip

"I highly recommend this place. It's an excellent location, a great space and it's excellently maintained. Special thanks to Ginger for being so awesome and accommodating! We were in NOLA for an eventful wedding, but I'd certainly return for a relaxing vacation. Thanks again!"

  • Perfect location

"We had an amazing trip to NOLA. There was a party of 9 and we went there for my 40th birthday. The house is fabulous for a large group of people. Perfect location. The house is located three blocks from Frenchman street and a few more blocks to Royal and Bourbon. There was a lock box on the front of the house to hold the house keys, this was fabulous since there were 9 of us staying there. We could all go opposite directions and never worry about who had the key or how we were going to get into the house. The key lock box is very convenient. The house was great, nice bathrooms and very spacious. Beds were comfortable and having a washer/dryer was convenient. The owner was easy to deal with and very accommodating."

  • Gorgeous house in great walking neighborhood

"We stayed here with friends for five nights in May and absolutely loved it. The house has so much character, and everything is in excellent condition (the kitchen is fantastic, and fully equipped with any appliance or tool you might need). We spent a LOT of time on the patio and in the hot tub. A few of the reviews questioned the neighborhood, but we saw no reason to worry at all. We walked to and from the Quarter, Frenchmen Street, Marigny and Bywater at all hours of the day and night. It's a decent walk to the French Quarter, about a mile, but there are several ways to get there and they're all interesting. (You can also pick up a 3-day transit pass for a mere $9, and there are at least two bus stops nearby.) Our friends had a car for a couple days, and had no trouble finding parking out front on the street. If you're looking to get away from the insanity of Bourbon Street while still being able to visit it any time you want, this is a great location. We will absolutely stay again next time we're in NOLA."

  • Frenchmen/French Market Gem during Essence Fest!

"My friends and I stayed here for the Essence Festival. The house is very well decorated and definitely had a homey feel. We were just a block from Frenchmen Street and a few blocks from the Riverfront Streetcar and French Market. Travel to the Convention Center and Superdome was easy via the streetcar and bus route. However, be prepared to get a cab to travel back to the house from the dome each evening. This location would definitely work for those who don't mind walking. Street parking was easy to get as well."
