What an amazing gem!
"Came for a long weekend with a group of ladies for a bachelorette party. We rented both Elysian Fields and Marigny Suites (there were 9 of us in total). This property was phenomenal! Location was everything, there was parking and the property itself was beautiful. Tastefully decorated, more than enough room for all of us, cleaned better than most hotels and so comfortable- felt like home! Matt did a fabulous job in hosting. He is located close by but only to help out- Recommendations for days on how to be a local! I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway (would give 6 stars if I could!!!) and will be back!!"

"My wife and I stayed at the cottage for 10 wonderful nights. The location, comfort and convenience were perfect for us. We began planning our next stay before this vacation was over. Carmen responds quickly to inquiries and makes the renting process easy. George, management, gave us a nice overview of the area (places to eat and things to do). I brought earplugs but never used them. The first night we were awakened by a Second Line band playing on the corner and people dancing. I watched the entertainment from the bedroom window for a few minutes and went back to bed - falling back to sleep without any problems. The beds are VERY comfortable. I have a very bad back (herniated disks) so I know when a mattress isn't good. If you have a car, be careful about parking on the residential streets for longer than two hours. There is a parking lot nearby that you can use (ask George about it's location). It's cheaper than a ticket (found this out after parking on the street for a week without incident - must have been the holiday weekend). A car isn't needed unless you're going to explore outside of New Orleans (which we did/plantations and swamp tour...Trolley and buses are easy and inexpensive way to travel). We took advantage of public transportation when places were too far to walk in NOLA (Superdome and Convention Center). DON'T HESITATE; RESERVE YOUR DATES. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!"

Look No Further!! The QUEEN of all houses and the Host is the KING!!!!!!
"Let me start by saying this house is an incredible value, huge, and beautiful! We had 13 guys and everyone was impressed with it. The house has a great layout! It is incredibly sound proofed. The rooms are beautifully decorated with more art than in a museum! You won't hear people talking in the living room while you are trying to sleep upstairs! There are plenty of linens, towels, and toiletries. You will have zero issues while staying here!
Now on to Tom the Owner! Tom and his Pugs (he will make sure you like dogs before he brings them over) are by far the best host we have encountered on VRBO. He is great at reading people and knew our exact interest for the week, 5 minutes into our trip. He recommended great bars, restaurants, and tourist spots to go to! He even made a liquor run for us. Tom was a huge addition to my Brothers bachelor party. This house is for people who want a true landmark, incredible value, and a very hospitable host!
We will see you again,

"No need for a car with this property! Walking distance to everything. This apartment has a washer and dryer too along with laundry soap, coffee pot and seasonings to cook with in the kitchen. We loved this property but there is a jazz club below and will play music until 3 am some nights. Bring earplugs! Otherwise the apartment is beautiful and perfect for anyone. The balcony view over frechman street is great. We even had a marching band come by! Celebrated my 40th birthday here and had a blast. We even found 40th birthday plates and hats left behind by someone else. A trip we will never forget!"
