LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
"Just returned from a four day stay in NOLA. We stayed at this cottage with another couple. First, the location was fantastic. Just a block either way to the French Quarter and Frenchmen's Street, with all of its lively nightlife and incredible jazz. The cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The owners thought of every detail. The fact that there were two bathrooms was key. Beds comfortable, towels fluffy, kitchen well stocked....loved the little courtyard and fountain. The place was very secure and the property manager George was on site if we had any questions. Highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay here again!!!!"

"The Bearingny Suite that we stayed in was very comfortable and cozy with all of the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. It was a convenient location to many tourists attractions, especially the French Quarters.
The owner was extremely helpful in providing directions to places and gave us some excellent recommendations.
The place was just overall a very pleasant place to stay and Matt was a joy to have close by for the extra TLC that a group of college friends from MANY years ago needed. I would most definitely stay there again if I get the chance to visit New Orleans again."

"We spent four nights in Sully's Sanitarium in November, and really enjoyed our time there. The Bywater is a very cool location to be, the neighbourhood is a mix of beautiful painted homes and some home that could use a bit of care. We have a friend who is a police officer in the FQ, he said the neighbourhood could be a bit rough, so we weren't really sure what to expect... but it was GREAT! Lots of friendly people and you can see that the locals care about it. It's about a 10 minute and $10 cab ride to the French Quarter. Many cool placed within walking distance to eat at; Elizabeth's for home cooked breakfast (mmmm shrimp and grits), Satsuma Cafe is ore of a coffee house but they also serve a good breakfast/lunch, really good pizza from Pizza Delicious (they also delivered to the Sanitarium one night) and a fantastic late night restaurant/bar called Oxalis. We would stay in the area again in a heart beat!
The house is very cool! They have blended funky and classic and modern to make a really unique place to stay. I was surprised that when they said 'full bar' they meant full bar, you are on an honour system to pay for or replace what you drink from the bar. The set up of the bars, living room, dining room and kitchen is ideal. The ceilings have to be around 14 feet high, which make the whole place seem huge. The tv is great, hooked up to a house laptop and we were able to stream Netflix while recovering from out nights of fun. The bedroom are huge, the bathrooms are huge and the beds are very comfortable. Kings size bed in one, a queen in the master, and two beds (under the queen which is lifted about 4 feet off the ground) that we never tested. Lots of linens and towels, shampoo and body shop in the showers and the master has a claw foot tub that is amazing to lounge in!
The hot water takes a while to get going, but that is solved with patience and a glass of wine... however the bathroom in the hall way never did get hot water. I would have called, but the couple that used that bathroom didn't tell me until the end of the trip. Based on how the whole booking process and the house itself, I feel that had I known the problem and contacted Gabriel that he would have taken care of it.
We'd stay here again, in fact while showing pictures on of my friends asked if we could book it for October of 2016. The only question I have for Sully and Gabriel is this... what is up with the "Legalize Goats?" That had us laughing all week!"

"This apartment is just as it appears on the photos. My siblings and I were in New Orleans on vacation; we loved this apartment. Lots of room...2 bedrooms and 2 sofas; the sofa bed was used. We spent five nights in our home away from home so the washer & dryer came in VERY handy. There is wi-fi and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. Thankfully, the apartment has wine glasses and a bottle opener because I brought several bottles of wine with me from California. ;-)
Mr. Landry was very responsive when I contacted him. He has also provided a journal for guests to share their experiences. We left our recommendations for future guests.
This apartment is a 15 minute walk from the French Quarter but it is also is close to some great local establishments: St Roch Market (delicious oysters and Bloody Mary's), Melba's Old School Po Boys, The Joint, a local food co-op, a coffee shop a block away. I can't remember the name...sorry! The coffee is good, though. :-) There are plenty of after-hours clubs to accommodate your musical tastes, again, right there in this neighborhood.
I highly recommend Let's Just Ride for round trip airport shuttle service and transportation to the Whitney Plantation Museum in Wallace. The Whitney is an hour away so save your Uber bucks for late night rides from the Quarter when you don't want to walk back to the apartment.
I would definitely stay here again.
