  • Love this place!

"Last month, myself and 5 of my thirty something gal pals decided we needed a get away and reserved this gem. From booking, to arrival instructions to even our departure the whole process was a breeze. Robin assisted us with all of the details and was overly accommodating. As for the house, not only was it clean and safe, but conveniently located so that we could walk to everything--Bourbon & Frenchman Streets, grocery, etc. The place offers a great deal of charm and features a nice outdoor space, both in the back garden and the front balcony. Rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to future visitors and will be booking there should we make it back to New Orleans again any time soon."

  • Best Weekend Ever!

"My Partner and I stayed in the Marigny Suite! This place is absolutely great. I have been to NOLA many of times but staying here has to have been the best. Matt was the greatest and it all started when we arrived. He treated everyone in the group like we were long time friends. He gave us great suggestions on where to go and places to eat. We had a lot of first timers to NOLA and we were here to celebrate a 40th Bday. The suite was clean, comfortable and a welcome change from your typical hotels. This will be my "GoTo Place" when I return."

  • Great location and great patio

"We recently had a girls weekend and stayed at this house We lived in the kitchen and on the patio! Those were great areas for just hanging out and talking. Many of the reviews are from guys for bachelor parties, so I was a little worried if the reviews would be just as positive when it was a group of women. But I can assure you this is a great place for a group of women - we felt safe, and we're close to restaurants and bars - but not too close! This also happened to be literally around the corner from where Solange Knowles got married, so as a bonus we got pictures of Beyoncé and jay-z! Michael was very accommodating and good to work with. Recommend mariza restaurant nearby and for boutique shopping magazine street (cab ride away). Frenchmen street for some good night life- the spotted cat"

  • At home in the Marigny

"We felt at home the minute we stepped in the door. I'm excited that there is an eat-in kitchen with everything I would need to cook during our longer stays. We love the art work, every time we turn around we notice something different. The Pros: The neighborhood is ideal for people looking to be close to Frenchman St. The keyless lock system for the outer and inner doors is a clever and convenient way to maintain security. The wireless network is fast and easy to use. The mattresses are firm, the linens are soft. The showers and bathrooms are nicely finished and very clean. Plenty of storage space with wardrobes and dressers. The patio and entryway are lovely with a seating area, plants, and a fountain. Convenient clothes washer & dryer in the unit. Kitchen has: Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Toaster, Refrigerator with Ice Maker. Verti Marte is ~3 blocks away on Royal (the BEST sandwiches). The Cons: The only caveat I would add is that this property is directly across the street from the R Bar, a lively neighborhood institution, which means occasional exuberant street noise as revelers come and go. It is still quieter than just about any street corner in any large city you could name, so not bad at all. We love this neighborhood."
