"2 couples stayed at this great location for a dental convention the same weekend as French Quarterfest. This is the first time we have tried a VRBO listing for New Orleans rather than a hotel. Easy drive to convention area and streetcar access a block away. There is a big Rouse's market as well as a Freshmarket closeby. There are many excellent restaurants closeby without going into the Quarter if you want to miss the typical tourist spots. We enjoyed Superior Seafood Restaurant just across St. Charles, as well as a beignet cafe on the corner without fighting the crowds at Cafe DuMonde. There are many new restaurants in the Uptown Midcity area. The streetcar service is great, running late in and out of the French Quarter. The bungalow was clean, gave us a home type feeling and the parking is certainly a bonus. We will stay here again!"

"Nine of us were visiting New Orleans for four nights and had problems finding a place that would accommodate everyone comfortably. This house was everything we needed and more! Lots of space, two large bathrooms, washer/dryer, big kitchen and dining area, etc. It is within walking distance of some great places to eat. A large grocery store is somewhat close by. Only a couple blocks from the streetcar line which runs down to the Bourbon St. area. We had no problems getting around with cabs and Uber. Quick responses from the owners about any questions and concerns. Would definitely stay again!"

"Group of 11. Veteran Jazz Fest goers decided to get a house vs multiple hotel rooms. House was great, location is great...those not familiar with New Orleans geography: you do not need to worry about neighborhood- it's safe. We did Jazz Fest and had crawfish boil at the house for about 25-30 people. Good amount of space within the house, nice yard/patio as well. Efficiency appt is very handy if you have kids who needs to go to sleep earlier than the rest of the group. Overall, this house is in a great place."

"We had a terrific stay in New Orleans with very comfortable accommodations! Wonderful character to the space and well equipped. We always prefer to be away from the touristy hubub and this house fit the bill. Although it is on a busy street, parking was easy and the master bedroom is away from the street. Wish we could have stayed longer. Rented bikes to cruise around on down through Tulane and Audubon Park all the way down Magazine to the French Quarter and back, wonderful way to explore and see the area. We'll be back!"
