  • Home Sweet Home!

"My stay with my friends and family at the Williamson House was one of the best vacations. The house was literally 8 minutes away from downtown new orleans and you can take the trolley whichever way you like. I personally just walked through downtown french quarters, bourbon st, Frenchman st and the Market! The house is close enough but also far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle it felt like I was home. The beds were so comfortable and the decor and updates of house we're beautiful. The locale of the house was ideal grocery shopping was close by also need to try ACME SEAFOOD it's amazing! Don't forget Landry's! James Thank you for recommending these locations because they were our favorite meals when we were there. Landry's best seat to the lake while eating outside you can feel the breeze running through your while eating their heavenly tasty food. It was located about a 2 min drive. I could not get enough. I highly recommend the Williamson House rental I will definitely use this location when I come back to new orleans. Again James Thank you so much you did a wonderful job on this home we all thank you for letting us stay there."

  • Clean & convenient

"I could not have asked for a nicer spot with a better price. My four friends and I (all girls, with lots of baggage) fit comfortably. There were towels, a blow up mattress, a Brita filter, and some really helpful maps handy. We felt safe and could navigate to any destination easily from our location. Was hesitant to review only because I'd like to keep this gem my secret for next year!"

  • Love New Orleans! Love this location!

"My family and I stayed in this condo over Wrestlemania weekend. For the price and convenient location, this condo couldn't be beat. It is a 2 bedroom condo, but is run like a hotel, complete with a front desk staff and maid service. The balcony is fantastic. Location couldn't be more perfect as it is walking distance to anywhere in the French Quarter, and yet far enough away from the main action that you can actually sleep at night. Parking is limited, so if you must park your car, I'd suggest arriving early upon check-in and not leaving until check-out. There is a street car stop less than a block away and you can access most points of interest via public transportation. The front desk staff was very helpful in explaining public transportation options. I hope to stay here again on our next trip to New Orleans!"

  • Beautiful Home

"The home is absolutely beautiful from the outside, in fact, that was the first thing I commented on to my sister after we had seen the home. However, coming up to the home we were surprised because our navigation system kept saying the road had limited access, but after driving along we realize the construction was the culprit. There is quite a bit of construction down Napoleon Avenue towards the house. Large equipment filled the median area so it was a bit of an eyesore, but luckily there was rain and we weren’t disturbed by the noises of the work. We actually had two of the units in the Napoleon House. I actually stayed in this particular unit. Now, the stairs got me but I am happy to say we all managed them, barely. The rooms are large, spacious and lovely. The house is well cared for and the renovations kept the specialness of it being an old home intact. I was in the Queen room with the shutters and fireplace. This unit also had central air, which made me happy, happy, and happy! All the bedrooms had a flat screen television except the one I occupied, which I knew prior to check in. The kitchen is one of my dreams and comes fully stocked with the cooking items you may need. Since it was a quite a large group of us in all three units (we had the condo across the street as well), the kitchen was great for this trip. Wonderful appliances and cookware and I loved it, even with the little cooking I actually did. Having access to a washer and dryer also was a bonus, and we washed and dried clothes before we left. The one thing that seemed to irritate us the most was the Wi-Fi. I am one of those people who sleeps with a television on and since I was in a room without one, I was hoping to watch Netflix until I went to sleep; well the Wi-Fi situation was janky at best. If you were able to use it, it would only work for a short period of time and you were kicked off. We couldn’t reset the router, so we just whined and moaned about not being totally connected. I probably more than the others because I just knew I would at least have access to my Netflix account since I was in the television free room. I want folks to know it really is a beautiful home and it served our needs beautifully. Just keep in mind they have some construction in the median, which looked like sewer work and Wi-Fi issues. Other than those small problems, I would definitely recommend the home to others."
