"What a lovely ,well-appointed, clean hip place to stay.
Totally architect renovated wood floor large space inches from the entertaining and interesting Magazine Street. The outside large deck overlooks a green and is. Great place for hanging out.
All in all, highly recommended .
The owner was pleasant and even inquired about our enjoyment during the weekend."

"We absolutely loved this space. It accommodated 7 of us comfortably, and was within walking distance to quite a bit (more than we could see in four days!) We spent hours on the balcony, listening to the music and people watching (venues close around 3am, so we had a lot of time for this!)-it really was just perfect for us. When we went to bed before 3am, there really wasn't an issue with noise at all-it was actually nice to fall asleep to whatever was playing in the Jazz club below. Felt safe in the area, and really didn't want for anything. The owner was great to work with, and others in the building were very pleasant. I would say, this is NOT a party place-there are other people who live in the building, and it really is just too nice of place to risk any kind of property damage. We had three teens with us, and they absolutely loved it. Would definitely book the next vacation to New Orleans around this property's availability!"

"We were looking for a spot in the Crescent City for a big group to have a little relaxation and still be near the action. This house was perfect. We had 14 people and there was plenty of room for more. The kids were very happy to have their own space in the upstairs huge bedroom. We loved watching the construction on Napoleon Ave on the huge front porch while drinking coffee every morning. It was a short trip to the quarter and everything NOLA has to offer. There are restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance and the neighborhood feels safe. There was also plenty of on street parking but the side street is not heavily traveled. The house is bigger than it appears in the pictures. We will stay again if we have a big group, maybe if we don't!"
