  • French Quarter Jazz Festival 2014

"We were four women driving from Houston to the Jazz Festival for three days and did not want to stay in a hotel. I looked on VRBO and found this property. It looked great and the price was right! Contacted the owner who was extremely helpful. When we arrived we parked the car in the carport and never drove it until we left to go home. We caught the bus at the corner two houses down and rode to the Festival for a dollar. The neighborhood was wonderful and had excellent restaurants within walking distance. Furniture was very pretty and comfortable. We had coffee every morning in the private backyard. I would definitely and have recommended this rental to friends and am looking forward to staying there again! It's charm was so New Orleans! Perfect place to stay!!"

  • Great Condo

"We found this condo to be a great place to stay. It is spacious and clean. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to the streetcar to get to the heart of the French Quarter. There is a great breakfast place just around the block, or you can cook up a quick meal right at 'home'. We will be back."

  • MY Bachlorette Wknd

"There were 16 of us and we rented the house and the guest house in the back. We all fit comfortably and the accomodations were nice. I had the master bedroom up stairs and it was spacious and lovely. I think the only thing I would suggest to the owner is the shower knobs in the master. There is some weird funky way you have to position the knobs to get a comfortable water temperature and to shut the water off. There are 2 knobs and it's something like the left knob has to be positioned at "7:35" and the right knob has to be at "4:20:. That was a bit frustrating however in no way did it dampen my stay there. The owner was very nice and sweet. They provided the kitchen with many snacks and things for a continental breakfast. Her house is really charming and I don't believe the pictures do it justice. Her pics are okay but a little dark and gloomy. I suggested to her maybe retaking pics with nice lighting at night. The house is truly charming. The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We were considering making it an annual trip there 😊"

  • Great Location on the St. Charles Streetcar Line

"Easy parking right on St. Charles and the streetcar is right outside the door. The building was nice and very secure. Owner was very easy to communicate with and prompt on responses. Would def stay here again. However, it is a very small unit and the living area, kitchen and bed are all open. The convenience of location make up for the size. For those who prefer to stay outside the quarter and enjoy the Garden District and other areas like uptown and Magazine St. it is ideal!"
