"This property provided the perfect location for our stay. It is in a great neighborhood which makes all NOLAattractions very easily accessible. Beds were very comfortable, the home has all of the facilities you would expexct in your own home. Has a lovely back yard where you can sit on the porch swing or chairs and sip a cocktail. Owner was very attentive to our needs and questions. Would definately stay here again."

"Well locate in the French Quarter, within walking distance of everything including the streetcars. Our hostess went the extra mile to buy a "Pac 'n Play" for our use (and future visitors with infants. The place is compact, but has everything one could want, including the private patio. The end of June is hot - 90 degrees and 90% humidity. But you can stay cool enough by staying in the shade and visiting some of the "watering holes" nearby. There is even a grocery store withing a couple of blocks. The best part is coming back to the house and relaxing in the air conditioning. We (2 grandparents, 2 parents and a 7 month old) would stay there again in a heartbeat. Only caution is that the stairs to the bedrooms is steep and narrow."

"This property is exactly as depicted.
1.) Owner was gracious and very easy to work with. We booked at last minute and then had to push out another day. Sidney was great. We are frequent visitors to NOLA so we did not need him to meet us, but his apartment had maps and local magazines that were helpful.
2.) CLEAN!!! This place was very clean with several high quality towels and bed linens.
3.) Location. This home is about fifty steps off Magazine Street which is filled for miles in each direction with restaurants, eateries, quaint shops, etc. The bus that you can catch on the corner takes you to French Quarter and back from early morning to late at night. Very convenient if you don't have a car. We have always stayed in French Quarter before for several years, but this place will be our new go-to.
4.) Well appointed. Everything you might need is in the apartment-wine glasses, coffee mugs, etc. However, note that you might not find everything you want or need to prepare a large meal, but who comes to NOLA to eat at home anyway?
The only negative (and this really didn't bother us but it might bother others) was that the home is quite old in a beautiful section of the Garden District, and with that patina of age you get an old bathtub. This one was rusted and in need or re-coating. Again, not a big deal to us, but some might find it so.
WE can't wait to come back!"

"The girls and I opted to find a condo to rent instead of a hotel during the Essence Festival and I can say we weren't disappointed. The condo is just a few steps from Bourbon but not the end of Bourbon that gets a lot of traffic which was perfect for us. I loved the fact we were essentially in the heart of the French Quarters which allowed us to easily get to some of my favorite restaurants and had the cutest boutiques which allowed for plenty of shopping. The condo itself was awesome. Very cute and could easily accommodate 6-8 people (especially since it had 3 full bathrooms). There were only 3 people in our party so we each had our own living quarters. One thing to note is that I tend to not be able to sleep with there is a lot of outside noise but the only thing I heard was a little music from one of the bars and it didn't bother me at all. The music wasn't blaring which was a good thing. I would absolutely stay here again.
As for parking there is a hotel right down the street that charges $35 per 24 hours for parking. This worked out well for us as well since there are some hefty parking restrictions in the area."
