"We styed here for the final days of Mardi Gras and I can't say enough about how great this location was! We were a block from the parade route and could watch the parades from the balcony if you don't care about beads! The only drawback of this location was the stairs. But we were aware of this when we reserved the condo. There are a lot of stairs and after walking around the quarter all day, they seem daunting. I of course am not in the best shape, so if you are a fit person you wouldn't notice. Reggie was great and more than happy to help with anything we needed. I would rent this condo again and recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to the action!"

"Stayed here for 5 days for a girls weekend. We rented the house out back, there were 9 of us. Brent was awesome, making sure we had everything we needed - setting up our own private gate code, giving us the wifi passwords, keys for everyone in our group, info about the location & places to go, and even helping us get our luggage upstairs and bringing them back down upon departure!
The house was fully stocked with plenty of mattresses & supplies and room for everybody. We walked everywhere, just steps away from the Quarter, but just far enough away from the noise & action that you got a good night's sleep. We made a lot of use of the courtyard, even hanging out with the bachelor party next door comparing notes of where to go & what to do.
A few of us even elected to spend a day just hanging out at the house. There's a nice small bar caddy-corner to the house if you want to step out for a couple of drinks - or more - without heading over to the madness of Bourbon or Frenchman St.
Couldn't imagine a better weekend - it just wouldn't have been the same trip if we had stayed at a hotel instead. Check availability, you won't be sorry!"

"My husband and I stayed at the BoHo for our honeymoon. Dina was super easy to communicate with. The property, as well as Algiers Point, was more than we could've hoped for. We loved the neighborhood and walked around it more than once. I recommend popping into The Crown and Anchor Pub for a pint (the bartender and patrons are so friendly and helpful if you're looking for advice on where to go that's off the beaten path), as well as Toute De Suite for breakfast (great food made to order)-- both within walking distance from the house. And I LOVE the fact that the ferry is literally a stones throw away-- made commuting to the Quarter so easy and if we wanted to stay out late, it wasn't difficult (or too expensive) to grab a taxi. (We drove, but barely used our vehicle.)
Now, back to the house-- I love all the details Dina has paid attention too. The little notes everywhere, the cab cards on the mantel, and (my favorite) the bedside journal for tenants of the house to leave their mark in. I also loved the photos on the walls. We were fortunate to enjoy relatively nice weather while there and I enjoyed (on more than one occasion) opening both doors for a lovely cross-breeze.
We didn't have the pleasure of meeting the neighbors, but they didn't seem bothered by us at all and occasionally we enjoyed listening to piano music from their part of the house (not sure if someone was playing or if it was a recording, but it was lovely)-- in saying that, the walls are thin-- especially in the bedroom by the linen closet, just an FYI.
My recommendations for your visit to NOLA:
-Go to Rouse's for groceries-- the market is cool, but it's limited most days and I feel is more of a touristy spot than a functional one when it comes to grocery shopping.
-BMC and the Spotted Cat on Frenchmen Street are good places to catch some great music (BMC is way larger and has space to dance, if that's your thing)
-El Gato Negro by the market is, hands down, the BEST Mexican food I have ever had.
-go to City Park
Theres so much I could say, but I just don't have the space to write it.
Enjoy your visit!!!"

"We took 4 couples out to the villa and had a BLAST! It was the perfect setting to enjoy each other's company and unwind. The home is beautiful and extremely comfortable! As much as technology rules our lives, we only used our phones to take pictures! We are looking forward to making this an annual trip!"
